The next day I had to leave for a couple days for practice for crash my playa and for some final things.

"Kelly I'm sorry I have to go...." I said to her as she was sitting there holding Dallas.
"You don't have to do shit Luke..."
"You know I would stay here but I have to go make money kelly...."
"That's all you care about."
"No but we have 4 kids!" I said getting upset.
"That's not my fault we almost only had 2...."
"I know Kells and I'm so happy the twins are here but I can't quit my job we've been here a month I've canceled so many things I'll be back on Sunday..."

She turned her head.

"Love how you have to leave whenever my parents do too......" she said
I went over and kneeled in front of her.
"I love you." I said. She didn't say anything

I gave Dallas a kiss.

"Bye buddy Daddy loves you..." I said.

I got up and went over to Savannah.

"Bye sweetie pie I love you" I said to her.

I went over and kissed kelly I didn't really get a kiss back.

"Bye I love you...." I said.
"Yeah yeah love you too." She said.

I grabbed my bag and walked away. I turned before I left.

"Kelly I'm doing all of this for us...."

I was only an hour into my 5 hour drive. I tried calling kelly but she didn't answer. I called Mike.

"Hello..." He said half asleep.
"Dude! How are you still sleeping?" I asked.
"Sorry bro late night." He said chuckling.
"Is Jay there?" I asked.
"Nah she had something to do with some of the girls. What's up?"

I sighed.

"Man what's wrong..." he asked.
"It's kelly...."
"Oh that's right you left for practice today...."
"Yeah... has she talked to jay?"
"Minimal Jay tries everyday....according to jay Kells really talks to no one anymore...." he said I sighed.
"Luke maybe she needs something for depression she probably has postpartum. I get its practice luke but she needs you so much right now she's having a rough time what little she has let Jay known I think that's what it is...."

I sat there silent for a second.

"You're right plus it's my tour we've done it a million times..."
"Hey either way Jay and I are going to the hospital tonight Okay. But you do what's best for you." He said.
"I gotta call the guys. I'll see ya tonight man.... wait a second"
"What?" He asked laughing.
"Shouldn't you be where we were going to practice setting up?" I asked since he was my manager.
"Luke I knew you'd be calling me. I wasn't leaving until you were closer." He said.
"Mike..."
"Don't be sorry man, no one was coming until they knew it was for sure... now go take care of that beautiful wife and kids of yours."
"Thanks man....."
"Bye luke."

It was going on 1030, I walked off of the elevator.

"Mr. Bryan I thought you were leaving for a few days." The lady at the desk said.
"I couldn't do it." I said to her. She smiled. 
"Door is open for you sir."
"Thank you Lauren." I said and went through. I went and walked into the room. She was holding Savannah watching tv. She looked.

"Luke..." she said and she just started crying.

I went over and held her in my arms as she held Savannah.

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have left at all...." I told her.
"It's okay...."
"No it's not you 3 need me. It's different going home with the boys...."
"Weren't you practicing at home?"
"Yeah but still..."

"....I want the boys down here..." she said. I looked over at her.
"Really....?" I asked surprised.
"Yeah really." She said smiling.
"Okay I'll get them down here. Let me go make some phone calls..."

It was 3 in the afternoon. Kells though my mom was bringing the boys down by mike and Jaylee were just going to bring them when they came. I got a text saying they were here.

"Hey I'm going to go meet them so I can put their stuff in the room okay." I said to her as she was finishing up feeding Dallas.
"Okay." She said. I went over and kissed her head.
"I love you so much." I said to her.
"I love you too."

I went walking out to the garage.

"Stop it!" I heard Bo yell.
"No!" Tate yelled back.
"Boys enough!" Mike yelled I turned the corner.

I cleared my throat.

"Oh thank god" Jaylee said coming and hugging me.
"What in the world is going on?!" I asked sternly.
"These two have fought the whole way down I had to pull over twice!" Mike yelled.
"Boys..." I said they hid behind mike.
"Nope! Uncle mike won't protect you this time." He said and moved.
"Give me your keys so I can lock it after I get their bags. You guys still have the room number right?" I asked.

Mike was handing me the keys.

"Yup!" Jaylee said excited.
"Where do we go though to get there." Mike asked.

Go in go through the double doors at the end of this hallway and walk down that hall there will be an elevator take that down to 6, get off and turn left the desk will be right there they will ask for that code I gave you and then they will send you back. When you go in the door make a right and it is the fourth room down that hall." I said.

"Got that?" Mike asked jay.
"Of course." She said rolling her eyes.

I laughed as they walked away. I looked at the boys. They put their heads down. I grabbed their bags and we were walking to the room at Ronald McDonald House. When we got there I made them sit on the couch.

"Now what is going on you two." I asked.
"He mean!" Tate said.
"You're a baby!" Bo said.
Tate ran away crying. I sighed and sat down.

"Dude..." I said to bo.
"Dad He is! He cry's all the time! Every night! He comes into my room every night! All he ever wants is mommy home!" He said.
"Bo bo buddy he's little he doesn't get it..."
"I want her home too but I don't cry!"
"But you can buddy! You don't have to be so big yet. You're only 5 buddy..."
"I don't cry. Men don't cry." He said.
"Who the hell told you that?" I asked kinda pissed.
"Mama always said it..." he said looking down.
"I know she didn't love us daddy but I miss her...." he said fighting tears.

"Thomas Boyer she loved you more than you know. It's okay to miss her, and Tate won't remember stuff about her that you can remind him. It's okay. Kelly won't be mad if you bring it up that'll always be your mama. But also remember kelly loves you two just as much as Savannah and Dallas. You two are healthy and strong they aren't that's why she's here with them. She calls you two every evening. She always asks how school was for you and everything. She loves you just as much as your mama did.... and men do cry buddy I've cried almost everyday hoping your baby brother and sister pull through another day, I cried whenever your mama had you and Tate. I've cried over a lot of things and that's okay alright buddy." I said. He just started crying. He jumped into my lap. I held him tight.

"I need you to be there for Tate, I know I haven't been around a lot buddy and I am so sorry for that but can you just be the best big brother you can be." I asked him.
"Yeah... But I can't help Savannah and Dallas...." he said.
"Until they are home buddy you can't do much but love them okay. Worry about being nice to tater bug okay"
"Yes sir."
"Now lets go apologize to your brother and go see mommy."
