**Lukes POV**

We were sitting in a conference room waiting for the doctors for our care meeting. Our parents were with the babies. Kelly was shaking. Keith was the first one to walk in. His face was pale he looked so sick.

"Hey man you okay?" I asked. He just sat down and didn't say anything which was unusual.

The head attending for the NICU DR. Lloyd came in. Then the cardiologist Dr. Young. Then there was another guy in a suit, with a brief case.

"Mr. And Mrs. Bryan this is the hospitals lawyer, Heath Thompson." Dr. Lloyd said.
"Lawyer!?" Kelly said.
"Uhm, What is going on...?" I asked.

"Kelly and Luke I am so...." Keith started saying and they cut him off.

Kelly pulled her phone out I could see she was recording this.

"Uhm Miss." The lawyer said.
"My dad is a head neuro surgeon I know with care meetings I can record and I know if you are here something is majorly wrong." She said.

"Mr and Mrs Bryan I'm afraid there has been a mistake..." Dr. Lloyd said.
"What kinda of mistake?" I said frustrated.
"It seems to be the labs were mixed up...." He then started to say.
"WHOS LABS!?" Kelly yelled.
"Calm down Ma'am..." The lawyer said.
"Dallas's labs..." Dr Lloyd said.

Kellys face got pale.

"No no no! Stop right there I want my lawyer her before this goes on!" I said.
"Luke I need to know I'm recording it."
"Absolutely not kelly Richard needs to be here." I said pulling my phone out.

I stepped into the hall.

"Hello Luke" he answered.
"I need you at the hospital ASAP...." I said.
"What's going on I have a meeting in 15 minutes."
"They messed up Dallas's results and I stopped them there they have their lawyer in there... kelly was recording but..."
"I'll be there in 20. Don't say or let them say anything else."

I hung up and walked in... everyone was just sitting there.

"We will wait until or lawyer gets here..." I said.

It was almost 45 minutes and he walked in.

"Sorry I'm late... traffic" he sat down.

"Now as we were saying..." Dr Lloyd said.
"Yes." Richard said.
"It seems to be, our resident here who drew the labs for him and our other patient... well he didn't label them until he was sending them and they seem to have gotten mixed up. We didn't question anything since Dallas condition got worse. However We redrew labs before our meeting today to show the levels... also this morning we had a code in another room, and the baby's labs were drawn. That is when Keith released what had happened and brought it to our attention." Dr Lloyd said.

I had to keep kelly sitting down or she was going to go after Keith.

"Now we have had Dallas on medicines that he should not have been on. We will be running tests all night. The intubation was totally necessary for the condition his lungs were in from the one collapsing." He said.

"Now his heart looks good with the rhythms, we are going to take him off of the meds. I want to get an echo done tonight too. Just to see it, neurology wants to do a scan as well, the head attending is in surgery for another hour and couldn't make it but he will swing by the room" Dr Young said.

"We will be taking you to court..." Richard said furious he's been a family friend forever and my lawyer since I started everything with my music.

"Well we would like to ask what number you would want to settle with and try and keep this out if Court... also after this meeting Keith will no longer have his residency here In this hospital or any hospital...." their lawyer said.

He looked at me. I looked at Kelly who was ready to jump over the table and rip their heads off.

"Kells?" I said.

"NO AMOUNT OF MONEY IS EVER GOING TO FIX WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO MY POOR BABY BOY AND MY POOR FAMILY! YALL ARE SO INCOMPETENT! WE WILL SEE YALL AND COURT AND I WANT A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL ASAP!" She yelled. I grabbed her hand tighter.

"Kells... the next nearest NICU is 5 hours away...." I said.
"FIGURE IT OUT AS SOON AS THEY ARE STABLE ENOUGH TO TRANSPORT TOGETHER I WANT THEM OUT OF HERE!"

She got up and walked out.

"Court it is then..." Richard said.
"I'll draw up papers with you sir." Their lawyer said.

I got up as the doctors did. I walked out last...

Keith turned around.

"Luke I am..."

I put him against the wall. Dr Lloyd tried to grab me but Dr Young stopped him.

"She liked you... Kelly actually fucking trusted you.... to gain HER trust with HER kids that's a lot man... she will NEVER I mean NEVER trust another doctor who isn't her father again hell she may not even trust him and I hope you are happy because of this She will NEVER go back to school because whenever she loses full respect for someone in a profession that's the last of her thinking highly of anyone in it again. YOU didn't only ruin OUR SON YOU RUINED HER LIFE AND DREAM!..... now i would punch you and I would hell even kill you but you aren't worth my time.... I hope you can sleep tonight because what you did will haunt you for the rest of your life.... see you in court....." I said letting him go. The security was standing at the end of the hell.

I walked down pass them and into the room. Her dad looked at me confused as she was crying in her moms arms. I took her dad and my parents out to the side hallway to talk.
