[ Dinner at the La Mar:Charm]

I chewed on my food lightly because Peruvian wasn't my favorite, we only came here when we had special surprises and well obviously this guy moving in with us, was the surprise. While they talked I tuned out cause I could care less I just wanted to get back home so I could roll up cause I needed it.

I sighed to myself already knowing what it was. To open, or not to open. To open, don't be no weak bitch.

Me:I was just trying it out, its not a big deal.
Quincy❤️: Other niggas seeing you shake yo ass is a big deal Yana! 😡
Me: That was my last time doing it. I wasn't shaking my ass! I was refilling drinks.
Quincy❤️: Your unc saw this?
Me:I'm not getting yelled at right now so I don't think so, where you get that from anyway?
Quincy❤️:Sources, I gtg. Cut that shit out okay?
Me: 👌🏾

I locked my phone and rolled my eyes and tuned back into the conversation seems like they were talking about his goals.

"I just wanna make it ya know? Just like everybody else want it. I want it. Im willing to do whatever it takes."

Back home I waited until I thought everyone was sleeping and I went to my secluded area in our back yard to smoke. This is where I cried, did all my deep thinking and sometimes prayed. Right here in this little spot. Minutes into me about to light up I heard something and it startled me causing myself to drop the blunt in the pool.

"Shit." I cursed to myself as I saw Dave.

"Oh, my bad. I thought everybody was knocked-" he looked down at the blunt in the pool and I quickly snatched it up and he chuckled to himself.

"Your fine." I lied cause I really wanted to shove his ass into this water for scaring me and making me drop my last in fucking chlorine. "What you doing out here?" I quickly asked to disregard everything that just happened.

"Uh, well I was about to roll up as well but. I didn't know- I'm sorry about that. I have more if you'd-"

"No, actually I'm tired anyway. Goodnight." I walked away and back into the house and creeped upstairs to possibly go cry cause this was my last blunt and now my life is in shambles. I could just call the plug but you know how that go. They send you the otw text but don't pull up until 2 hours later, like nigga what are you doing with your unreliable ass. I unzipped my jacket and threw it somewhere because this dude really just blew the high I didn't catch yet so I decided to go to sleep and i'll try again tomorrow.

[Dave]

"Ay man, I heard you was down here. Why you ain't hit me up nig."

I held my phone from a distance while I face-timed my loud ass cousin on my dad's side, somebody I never knew.

"I been here since yesterday blood, I was gon' hit you up. Just needed time to settle in ya know?"

"Yeah I feel you. But I mean what's good? Where you laying?"

"Radric Davis."

"Radric, Gucci?"

"C'mon man, he don't go by his street name and you know that."

"Nigga what? This nigga still in these streets is what I heard." He laughed and I shook my head denying it.

"Nah, he cant be bruh. That's not him anymore."

Yeah I heard the stories about Gucci, this man was greater then El Chapo and covered himself up even better, with music. This is why I'm here for the music, not that drug shit. Pills and crack is what took out my family and I wasn't about to let it take me out too. Another man better take me out or just God himself.

"Well whatever you say nig, aye we should hit up this club sometime man. KOD."

"Oh yeah? Whats that?"

"A strip club down here, with some of the baddest bitches. I occasionally mess around with one of them."

"I don't know about all that man, you know how strippers is." I laughed

"Nah nah, Monèt she pretty cool."

I heard a knock on my door and I turned my volume down a tad. "Bryce, let me hit you back later, or just text me if you make any moves."

"Alright, lata'."

"Peace." I hung up and locked my phone as the person knocked again. "Come in."

"Good morning Dave. Breakfast is ready downstairs." A middle aged white woman stood in the doorway. Motherfuckers had maids, oh my damn.

"Oh okay, thank you ma'am."
