Valentines Day

Newt's P O.V
Me and Tina have been together for 3 years, traveling the world and finding new creatures.

We were in London, staying at my parents house with Jacob and Queenie.

All four of us decided to go out to shop for the Valentines day gala tonight.

We were all walking along the street, Tina and Queenie trying to find somekind of clothing store.

But then I stopped when something caught my eye. A jewelry shop.
Hmmm, maybe I can get Tina a ri-

"Hey Teenie, I think Newt wants to take Jacob to see the other clothing shop over there." I heard Queenie's voice from ahead.

Tina nodded and gave me a smile.

Her smile...

Queenie winked at me and I immediately knew where she was going with this. Thanks!

Queenie grinned and her and Tina went around the corner.

"We aernt really going to a clothing store are we?" Jacob asked and pointed to the Jewelry store once Tina was out of earshot.

I blushed and looked at the ground as we proceeded to walk into the Jewelry store.

We started looking around for engagement rings. What color would Tina like?

I wandered around the store until my eyes landed on a pearl ring. Simple but pretty, Tina will like it.

Jacob coughed and I looked at him. He was signaling to the window.

Tina and Queenie were passing.

I ducked behind an isle and immediately started thinking as loud as I could.

QUEENIE I SWEAR IF TINA SEE'S ME! IM NOT FINISHED LOOKING YET!
DONT LET TINA IN. DONT LET TINA IN.

I peeked slightly from behind the isle. Queenie had started steering Tina away from the store. I let out a sigh of relief.

I stood up, and went to the cash register.

"How may I help you, sir?" He man asked me.

Queenie's P.O.V

'DONT LET TINA COME IN.'
Newts thoughts screamed in my brain.
"Teenie, lets go this way." I started steering her faster the other direction towards the other clothing store.

We all met up at the same street we started in.

"Where were you guys?" Tina asked.
I could see Newt bkush

I answered. "They were at a different clothing store looking for suits."

Tina nodded and we continued home.

When we got into Newt's case, I pulled him aside so Tina(who was with the Niffler) wouldnt hear.

"Oh my gosh Newt! I didn't know you wanted to propose!" I whisper/squealed.

"Yes, well um... I did. A long t-time ago too." He murmered.
I couldnt stop smiling and thinking of a little Scamander.

Newt then proceeded to grab Tina's hand and bring her over in the middle of the case.

"Tina, you are the smartest, most beautiful, talented witch I have ever met," Newt started, and Tina blushed. Newt then kneeled down on one leg and took out the ring. Tina gasped.

"Tina Goldstein, will you m-marry me?"

Silence.

Tina was crying, tears of joy of course.  Newt looked a bit worried when she didnt respond and stood up.

Tina's P.O.V

"Yes! I'll marry you!" I exclaimed.

I flung my arms around him, and kissed him. His arms traveled around my waist and pulled me close.

We then pulled apart and smiled at eachother. Newt took out the pearl ring and slipped it onto my finger.

It was the beggining of a new start.
