"We have to get her to Sapiens", I heard Fortis whisper.
"I will see if he is available" , the brown wolf whispered back, before he ran out of the den.
"All of you are dismissed!" yelled Fortis.
I think Parvulus saw the worry in my face because he said,"Don't worry he has been like that lately."
I smiled and went to the cafeteria. I got some meat and sat down next to a wolf pup about my age. He had whitish-silverish fur and deep brown eyes.
"Hi, I am Storm", he said.
"Hi, I am Snow. I am new here."
"Welcome to the Latin pack then. If you are wondering why my name isn't Latin that is because I am not originally from the Latin pack. I am from the Forest pack...I ran away." Storm explained.
I smiled,"Well I guess we are somewhat similar."
"Yeah, I guess", he smiled.
I got up and went to Parvulus' den. As I was walking to her den, I heard Fortis talking.
"This has never happened before", Fortis said.
"No, it hasn't" , said another voice.
"What if she is the one?" asked Fortis.
"No...it is too soon. Right?"
"I will bring her to you." Fortis said and went out of the den. He saw me and walked over, " Come."
Fortis walked me the den he was in. An old wolf was there. His fur was shaggy and brown,his eyes were icy blue.
"Snow meet Sapiens Lupum, the wise wolf." Fortis introduced.
"Hi", I said, I didn't know what else to say.
"Fortis I need time alone with the young pup", Sapiens Lupum said. Fortis went away and Sapiens Lupum looked at me," You have snow powers, eh."
"Ya", I responded.
"I am Sapiens Lupum, but you can just call me Sapiens. I am the wisest of all wolves, I can tell the future and the past. I will teach you everything I know", Sapiens said.
"Why?" I asked.
"There is a dark side and a light side in this world, every wolf counts. If a good wolf goes to the bad side, it unbalances the world. If you go to the dark side, the wolf world collapses."
"But why me?"
"You are not just a runt, you are more powerful than you think. Your power will grow, then you have to make a decision that will change the wolves forever."
