Chapter Seven

Spencer is on the phone with Aria

Aria: Hey Spence, what's up?
Spencer: hey! Do you want to come grab lunch with Ali, Em, I and Hanna? We can leave Lilly and Grace with Ezra and Caleb!
Aria: Sure! Sounds like fun! Grille in 30?
Spencer: perfect!

Spencer is on the phone with Hanna

Hanna: Hey Spence, what's going on?
Spencer: do you wanna come grab lunch with Aria, Ali, Em and I? We can leave Lilly and Grace with Caleb and Ezra!
Hanna: sounds great! Where?
Spencer: Grille in 30!
Hanna: see you then!

~at the Grille~

Hanna: oh my gosh Hi guys!
Everyone: Hi!

Everyone has a group hug and they go in to eat. When they get to their table:

Aria: so Han, what's it like to be pregnant?
Hanna: well I throw up like every day. I'm gonna get fat, but other than that, great!
Spencer: Han, you're not going to get fat. You are going to have a baby bump!
Alison: yeah, was I fat?!
Hanna: no...
Ali: didn't think so!

Everyone laughs and orders their usual.

Ezra and Caleb call the girls:

Hanna: Caleb is face timing... hello?
Ezra: HELP!
Caleb: THESE BABIES WONT STOP CRYING!!!
Emily: their your problem now.
Everyone: BYEEEE!
Caleb and Ezra: N- *get cut off*

All the girls laugh and have a good time.

~Later that night~

Toby calls Spencer

Spencer: hey Tobes what's up?
Toby: not much babe, just on my way home.
Spencer: *blushes and thinks: he just called me babe!* that's great! I'll see you soon!
Toby: bye honey!
Spencer: bye!

~Toby gets home~

Spencer: you're back!!!

Toby kisses Spencer passionately and Spencer kisses back.
Toby: god I missed these lips all day! *picks up Spencer*
Spencer wraps her legs around Toby's waist as Toby carries her upstairs, not breaking the kiss.  The kiss becomes more heated as they enter the bedroom. Toby carefully places Spencer on the bed as he climbs on top of her. Toby kisses Spencer's neck making her laugh. Spencer starts to freak out.
Toby: hey, hey, what's wrong?
Spencer: I'm sorry... I really want to but I just don't think I'm ready.
Toby: hey, it's okay babe. I love you. And I'll always wait for you. And to be honest, I don't think I'm ready either. I was never going to take it further than kissing because we haven't even talked about this yet.
Spencer: D-do you umm
Toby: what?
Spencer: want kids...?
Toby: oh my gosh! Yes! I've always wanted kids!
Spencer: good, because I do too.
Toby: *kisses her forehead*
Spencer: do you think we will get married some day?
Toby: Spence, I KNOW we will get married some day. And I actually want to tell you something.
Spencer: what is it?
Toby: I think... I don't think I want to be a cop anymore. It's dangerous. And I don't want you to be scared every day when I go to work. I also wouldn't mind having weekends off.
Spencer: well what would you like to do?
Toby: I want to be a carpenter.
Spencer: that's awesome!
Toby: yeah, so I've been searching for jobs... and I got one.
Spencer: already?
Toby: yep, today was my last day as a cop.
Spencer: do I still get to call you officer Toby in the bedroom like I did all those years ago? *laughs*
Toby: oh honey, you can always call me officer Toby. *laughs*
