later that day I got a text from Toby. He wants to meet at the brew in an hour. I agreed to go. He said he needs to talk to me about something. I wonder what it is?
One hour later
T: hey Spencer
S: hey Toby... um do you mind if I grab a coffee?
T: not at all, I know how you are with caffeine. *hands her some money*
S: oh no I got it.
T: you sure? I don't mind!
S: yeah I'm sure.
T: okay.
S: so what did you want to talk to me about?
T: everything. Yvonne, Alex, us, you, me, you know
S: lets start with us.
T: okay.
S: I never stopped loving you. It might be because you were my first real love but I don't know.
T: I never stopped either...
S: but part of me can't help but feel like I'm your second choice...
T: you shouldn't feel that way... I thought we had no chance so I thought I should find someone else. But my one true love is you.
S: would it be bad if I kissed you?
T: not at all.
T&S: *kiss*
S: I'm sorry... I really have to go, I have to meet Melissa. We are gonna hang out.
T: it's totally okay. I'll call you later. Same number right?
S: yep!
10 minutes later
This is on a group chat. The girls are texting.
S: OMG guys... Toby and I just kissed!
A: OMG really?!?!
E: YES!
