Shawn insisted on doing my makeup even though I didn't wear alot, he promised not to do alot.
He put kn some mascara, some eye shadow to match the dress but not the same color, and added some gloss to my lips.
"My baby is growing up too fast." Shawn sniffed.
"Ok ok! Lemme do your hair!" Mandy clapped.
"Mandy, I kinda like my hair the way it is." I smiled.
"Maybe we could straighten it! Oh no he said he likes girls with wavy hair." She rambled.
"And Ames already has wavey hair." Shawn pointed out.
"Alrighty then we will just leave it!" Mandy smiled.
There was a knock on my window.
"Omg is he Romeoing??" Shawn swooned.
I shooed Mandy and Shawn out of my room and closed the door.
I pulled back the curtains and Jack smiled. I opened the window and he climbed through.
As he got to his feet he looked me up and down, "Wo-Woah, I didn't know we were suppose to look flawless."
Jackw as wearing a very simple grey/beige T-shirt with a pocket on one side.
"Mandy and Shawn insisted." I said looking down, embarrassed.
"You look beautiful, princess." Jack said.
Princess. That word. That name. It made me smile. I wanted him to use that name forever.
"So, do I get to meet your dad?" Jack asked, putting his hands in his jean pockets, seeming to get nervous.
"Actually," I reached for his hand, "He's not home."
I could see in his eyes that if he was drinking water he would have choked.
"O-oh." He nervously said. He was such a little noodle.
"Mandy and Shawn made a playlist of songs I hope that's ok." I said walking over to my laptop.
He followed me, "No! Thats perfect!"
I pushed shuffle and "Trust Fund Baby" played.
My face went fully red ans Jack started to chuckle.
"S-sorry!" I went to skip it but he took my hand and turned me to him.
He started to dance and I started giggling. He was actually really good at dancing. He twirled me and our hands intertwined with my back against his chest. My head rest on his shoulder and his face was close to mine.
"I don't really want a trust fund baby, save your money don't spend it." He sang softly into my ear. Chills went down my spine as his grip tighten on me.
The song soon ended and we were just swaying. I felt safe in Jack's arms.
The next song played and it was Despacito.
I could feel Jack's smile against my cheek as he started to sway a little faster. He twirled me so I'd face his and we started dancing together again he was being a goofball and I loved it.
