Amora's P.O.V.
Jack and I got out of the car, waved my dad goodbye, and the minute my dad got out of sight I fell into Jack's arms and started crying again.
"It's ok..." He said gently and softly, holding me close, "Breathe.."
I tried to breathe but my voice was shaking. He held me tigther, "Jack..I c-can't.." I started crying.
Jack put his forehead to mine and scooped me up, bridal style, and took me inside. I hid my face in his shoulder and kept crying.
"Jack I can't do anything, I-I can't talk..I c-can't help I can't--"
"Amora, sh, sh, no one is going to find you or hurt you, you need to tell me." Jack sat me down on the couch.
"Jack I can't." I sniffed and tried to wipe tears, "Jack..I just can't..."
He sat down next to me and held my hands. Jack looked into my eyes, "I promise you, no one will ever hurt you, or touch you. I promise to protect you."
"Jack..it's not my safety I'm worried about.." I sniffed and could see him get stiff.
"Does..." Jack started to get red with anger, "Paul? Does Paul have to do with this?"
"Jack, I can't talk to you about this--" I tried to talk but his grip on my hands tightened.
"Amora, how is he hurting you? I know he is! He scares you, he's the only thing that does." Jack leaned in.
"Jack I'm risking your safety--"
"Amora, I don't care about my safety, I care about yours. Tell me. Please." he was getting stressed as tears started forming, "I just want you to be happy, I just want you to be and feel safe. Please."
I took a deep breath and gave him my phone.
"Why the hell did he win? Why is he still here??!" Jack was pissed as he looked through the texts.
I rubbed his back and leaned my head on his shoulder trying to keep him calm.
"So what happened on the call?" He asked.
"H-he said he had guns. And was going to hurt you if I didn't follow through with what he wanted.." I started to feel tears form again, "Jack, I can't get you hurt, I won't let you get hurt." My voice was shaky.
Jack kissed my cheek.
"It's ok, we are going to get through this I promise." Jack softly said, "I vow, to protect you with my life, forever."
"I vow, to protect you with evrrything I have." I said.
We smiled at eachother and kissed.
