When a person is in a state of shock they tend to laugh and internally freak out. When a person is in the type of shock Logan Paul was in they tend to subconsciously do things like laugh, freak out, sweat, and/or cry. Logan was in shock due to the fact he saw a dead body and didn't expect it. His reaction probably would've been the same as yours. So, back off he has done nothing wrong. If you don't believe me then watch the video once you get done reading this. He rubs his face after seeing the body, that shows he is scared if it is real or not, second, he laughs, he thinks none of it is real(Subconsciously), and lastly, he tenses up if you look at him, he is all tense.
