Chapter 3

Kate's pov.

*monday morning*

I wake up actually wanting to go to school, i can't wait to see if Ashton's going to like our school.

I couldn't decide what to wear, i wanted something nice and simple but i had already worn everything a thousand times.

I decided to wear camouflage jeans a black shirt.

I hummed to my favourite song, 'skinny love' by birdy. I loved her songs so much!

I put on my black vans and started walking to school since it wasn't far away.

"Hey wait up for me!" i hear a familiar voice from behind.

"Oh hey, sorry." i say.

"Its fine." Ashton says.

"So did you go watch the fault in our stars like every other girl this weekend?" he asks.

"No cause i was with you all weekend but i'm going to see it after school." i say.

"Did you read the book?" he asks.

"Yes! And it amazing i love it so much." i say.

"I'm not an idiot i know its good i read it too." He says.

"Really?" i say shocked.

"Yeah its really good actually, but i'm kind of scared to watch the movie because i know it wont be the same as the book like in the book, i'm sure they're going to leave out the part of Gus's ex girlfriend like that was one of my favourite part i really hope its in the movie because its so cute how Hazel is so afraid to break his heart like his ex girlfriend did." he says.

I was amazed at how he was interested in the book. It was so cute.

"I know i was thinking the same and i saw that he doesn't say maybe okay will be our always, he says perhaps like what the hell they could at least get the quotes right!" i say.

"I know!" He says.

We got to school and split ways because he was going to math class and i was going to history.

After the long and boring history class it was our 10 minutes break until next class.

"Hey Anna!" I say as i see Anna walk over to me.

"Hey! Oh my god, Luke is so hot he is so sweet and mysterious and i'm so in love." She said. Anna is the type of girl that wants to fall in love get married have kids and be in love. I think she's more in love with the idea of being in love than anything else, but me on the other hand, i don't want to get married, i think it ruins a relationship, people always get divorced and well we all turn out acting like an old married couple and i don't want that. But i do want kids and a boyfriend, but no marriage.

"Aww Anna's in love." I say.

"Sooo you and Ashton?" She says.

"Anna we're just friends and only friends." I say even though i wished it was more than that.

"Mhhhm you know how just friends always turn out." she says.

"Well not us." i say.

"Hey want to go to the mall after school!" Anna says.

"Sorry i can't i'm going to the movies." I say.

"Oh cool! With who?" she asks.

"Ashton." i say.

"I'm telling you, you guys are going to fall in love!" she says.

The bell rings which means we have two minutes to get to class so i waved goodbye to Anna and headed to my Spanish class.
