Chapter 2

Kate's pov.

I woke up besides Ashton, yesterday was really nice i've never told anyone that much about me. He's so nice and comprehensive.

"Good morning." he says yawning as he wakes up from his slumber.

"Good morning." I say.

His phone rings and he picks it up.

"Hello... i'm at Kate's house.... what?no... so you guys.... ok bye." He says talking to whoever was on the other line.

"Who was that?" i ask.

"Luke and him and Anna are like pretty close now." he says.

"Close?" i question.

"They kissed." ashton says.

"Awww really!" i say as my phone rings as well.

"Hello?"

"Hey!" Anna says over the phone.

"Hey oh my god Ashton told me about you and Luke." i say.

"How did ashton tell you?" she asks.

"Oh he slept over." i say.

"Aww cool and oh my gosh he kisses like a god he was so cute he told me and beautiful. I think i like him." she says.

"Aww i'm happy for you." i say.

"How about you and Ash?" she questions.

"We're just friends." i say.

"Oh come on i saw the way you guys were talking to each other there was like such a connection me and Luke saw it." she says.

"Anna we're only friends." i say.

"Only friends? sure, whatever you say." she says.

We say our goodbyes and then i hang up.

Ashton's pov.

Kate was talking on the phone with Anna.

I really liked Kate. She was so nice and i think she's the first person i've ever had a deep conversation with. And she understood me and i understood her. She so sweet, i'm happy to be friends with her and she's so pretty and nice and when she laughs it's just so cute.

She finished talking on the phone.

"I think i should be going home my parents must be worried." i say.

"Oh okay." she smiles.

"Wanna come, it must be boring staying here alone." i say.

"No its fine." she says.

"Oh come on." i say taking her my the wrist and dragging her out of the house.

We walk to my house, which was like 15 feet away.

When we walk in i see my mom sitting on the couch.

"Ashton where were you last night?" my mom asks.

"Well after the party Kate invited me over, oh and this is Kate, and i kind of fell asleep." i say.

"Oh okay and nice to meet you, i'm Ashton's mom." She says greeting herself to Kate.

After my mom and Kate spoke for awhile me and Kate went up to my room.

We started talking and she'd always laugh at my jokes or even when i'd simply laugh, it was cute. I really liked Kate she was so real with me and she'd always be smiling even with what she's been through, i admire her for that because most girls just say sad and depressive and want attention, but her she didn't want attention she was just her self and her self was amazing.

"Want to watch a movie?" i ask.

"Sure, which one?" She asks.

"Uhmmm, Insidious chapter 1 and 2." i say.

"So two movies." she says.

"Yeah." i say looking into her eyes.

"Okay!" she says breaking eye contact and look at the screen as i put it on.

After maybe 30 minutes into the movie she would slightly jump when something would frighten her and it was pretty cute.

I put my arm around her so secure her.

"Do you want me to change it?" i ask.

"What! No! its sooo good." she says as she jumps at another creepy scene.

She was adorable.

I slightly chuckle at the fact she scared shitless but still loves the movie.

We finished watching both movies.

"Wow its late i should probably go we have school tomorrow." she says as we walk upstairs.

"Okay, goodnight Kate." i smile as i open the door as she walks outside.

"Goodnight Ash." she says
