To celebrate the find Alexander had decided to treat Daisy to a slice of homemade pie from Mabel's Diner located near Daisy's home. Between bites of pie she was excitedly texting her friends from the next town over. Alexander spoke up to draw her attention back.

"I definitely think the clue came from Alice's blouse, but I find it strange that we only found one clump and not the whole blouse."

"Agreed. Which means that either it is drifting around in the woods nearby or someone has it with them. Also we need to keep this on the down-low because we don't want to draw attention to ourselves."

"Wait, we aren't going to anonymously tip the police?"

"Too risky in a small town like this. They will start snooping and asking around. When we practically have everything figured out then we can take our evidence and information to them."

"Sounds like a plan. I also trust your friends even though I don't know them because I know you wouldn't be updating them if you didn't trust them yourself."

"Good thinking cowboy. They are going to do their own investigating for now and then help us out on the weekends. In fact we have plans next weekend."

"We do?"

"We are going to a house party at Janet Byers on Saturday night after the football game. She was one of Alice's best friends."

"But won't that draw attention to us? I mean we definitely don't fit in at those types of events."

"Don't you worry, I will make sure we don't go in vain and things go smoothly."

Daisy checked the time on her phone, it read 8 o'clock PM. She informed Alexander that she needed to get home. They left the diner without even realizing that they were being watched by an ominous figure. Once they reached her home she gave Alexander a kiss

"Thanks for the fun evening Detective Sexy." Daisy said as she exited the car

...

Upon entering her home she wished she had stayed out later that night. A bombardment of screams and yelling flooded her ears as she shut the door behind her. Just like clockwork her parents were fighting. The arguing ceased once they heard Daisy's footsteps on the wood floor.

"Where have you been?" Nick Miller asked

"I was out with my boyfriend Alexander." Daisy replied

"I'd really like to meet this boy sometime to make sure he isn't trouble. Make sure he isn't corrupting our daughter."

"He is literally one of the nicest boys I have ever dated. Alexander is a big hearted nerd. He is literally every parents dream child but we will have to have him over for dinner soon so you can see for yourself."

"I guess I'll take your word for it. You two better not be fooling around because some guys just act nice to get what they really want."

"Nick, stop harassing our daughter. I'm sure Alexander is exactly how she described him." Holly Miller chimed

"I just am trying to keep her safe, Holly. Fine then lets have Alexander over for dinner this Saturday." Nick said

"We both have a school event later that night but if we do an early dinner that should work." Daisy explained

"Tell Alexander to come over at 6 on Saturday night." Nick replied

To escape the interrogation Daisy gave her dad a thumbs up and then exited the kitchen as quickly as possible. She went to her oasis (also known as her room). Ever since she met Alexander her life has changed for the better and he truly was one of the best guys that she had ever dated. Daisy decided to wait until the next day to tell Alexander about the dinner and she used the rest of her time searching for clues on social media. They would have to infiltrate the inner circle to get a better feel for how these people truly were. Little did she know the changes and turmoil that were to follow.
