Chapter 24. Feed The Artist

As I adjust the frame of my camera, I see Maedy's reluctant smile as opposed to Adam's YOLO smile.

"Noona, I know you're beautiful but give me a smile that tells you're the most beautiful woman in the world. And you hyung, I can only see your gums so control your overflowing happiness okay?" I suggested before placing an eye back at the camera.

Maedy laughs instantly while Adam makes a face. I click the shutter right away. Stolen pictures are way better than a posed one when it comes to human subjects. It shows the reality of human nature.

"Let's start." I cue and they oblige to the smile that I demanded.

After an hour we finished the prenup shoot.

"Let me see, let me see." Maedy gathers the ends of her wedding dress as she rushes towards me.

I quickly got my laptop from my bag and connected my camera to it.

"Well, well someone's excited." Adam tails her while chuckling in amusement.

"Jasper, you're a pro!" Maedy gushes as I show her the photos frame by frame. "Woah! I look so beautiful in here, in here, and in here too!"

I can't help but laugh with the two-sided compliment. "Not really, it needs a lot of editing. Especially in hyung's case, if you know what I mean."

"F-U..." Adam looks at me then puts on a pokerface before adding "N-N-Y."

"Don't edit this." Maedy points to the stolen photo that I took. She stares dreamingly at it for a while, then she smiles at Adam. "Let's hang this on our bedroom wall."

Adam's face lights up. Though surprised, he nods and smiles like a retard right away.

"So do we live in your family's house or we move in to our own?" Maedy thought to herself as she cups her chin.

Adam's eyes widen as he looks at me. He couldn't believe what she was saying. I say, it's the hormones talking again. Happy mode is on.

"Oh well. First things first, let's get married Adam." Maedy decides out of the blue.

Adam was out of words, though his mouth was hanging open. This was totally unexpected.

"Go now before she changes her mind." I whisper at him.

"Thanks." He gives my shoulder a friendly tap before storming out of Jacques with his hormone-driven bride.

I wonder how and where will they get married when the roads are closed because of the cherry blossom viewing. Oh, I almost forgot. I have to take pictures for my "lost kitty".

The flowers weren't in full bloom as I reach Hongdae Playground. I had no choice but to settle for those freshly opened and budding ones. After taking the pictures to my satisfaction, I sat on one of the swings and uploaded it.

I originally wanted to say "Make them bloom with your smile.", but it's too obvious so I decided not to. Plus it's too cheesy. Yeah, it's cheesy.

I was on my way to a food stall to grab a snack when I saw crowd of people. No, more like a crowd of girls. Most of them in their class uniforms. Who in the world would they cut classes for? This is Hongdae, so it would definitely be a band. CNBLUE, F.T. Island or N.Flying perhaps? I immediately joined them out of curiosity. Someone popular is worth a shot from my camera. My height always to my advantage, gave me a clear view of who was the reason behind all this. I can't believe my eyes. Just a street performer with messed up hair masking his face, dressed in his tracksuit with a guitar on his lap. If there's anything eye catching about him, it's the "FEED THE ARTIST" sign hanging around his neck. Clever humor.
