[ The world is black, tinted with the sins of mankind.
The bird is the savior who guides people back to the light. It soars over the tremulous sky, batting its wings in full momentum.
The wolf is the saint who protects the bird from harm. It leaps over summits and mountains, maintaining its strength against air resistance.
It is friends with the bird and wants to help bring back peace. Mankind cowers from its power and incline to its rules. They don't fight back and instead, patch relations together.
The world is red, tinted with the blood of the bird that spawns across the world. Mankind fall back to its misery and jeopardy as the wolf reigns them all. ]
Everything seems to be black and unclear. No sense of sound, visual or touch passes through me. Everything is still and bitterly temperate. It is easy to dwell in this perfect silence for hours without realizing what the cause is.
One thing that I could not grasp properly was the condition of my own existence.
Was I still in my own consciousness, or did I simply pass on? What happened to the point where I'm conscious within the darkness? Was it possible to enter another realm or did the mind's imagination transcend to the impossible?
The ringing subsides and returns. The agony sitting on the back of my head resumes in an unflattering manner. The will to move my own limbs is overwhelmed by agony and my sight perceives nothing but blurriness. Spasm of electric courses through my limbs and I was afraid I wouldn't see light once again.
The ringing in my ears intensify and shards of glass were noticeably scarred on my flesh. A wave of pain sweeps through the head. A muffled, low voice deluges the ringing sound. Something warm envelops my nape and damp torso.
Somehow, it feels painful to just breathe for a bit. Inhaling a lot would only cause more damage to the already fractured frame. All the senses return back in an excruciatingly behavior and it takes me a while to grasp that I am, in fact, still alive.
My vision shifts from my bleeding arm to the source of the voice.
They trail back to his eyes, ones that hold sorrow and fear. They no longer project the colour of enmity, ones that used to blaze bright hazel and bloody red. His orbs resume back to its peppery hue, feigning what was once evil back to its innocence.
His voice comes through from a hoarse tone into a whisper as if he's been shouting for hours. Laced in vain and agony, I slowly blink in response as his voice finally registers through me.
"M-MinYoung-!"
Never have I ever seen someone as vulnerable as he was right now.
His cheeks were stained with tears that were profusely streaming down his eyes. They were slightly pink, as if he had been crying all day. His cheeks were rather swollen against the settling sun. His hair was disheveled and silver that scintillates against the sun's rays.
He portrayed a lost child holding out to his guardian. He didn't exactly pertain to the wild wolf that lost its full control. He looked pathetic and frail. He resembled a precious item. His fractured frame could easily shatter into pieces.
I blink once more and glance to my left, noticing that there were actually no cuts on my arm. The glass shards have been swept away from arms reach. They are mobile, unlike the perception that I had at first.
