"Students, please hand in your assignments. Sign here and thank you. Class is dismissed."
Everyone stands up from their respective seats, taking in turns to hand in their paperworks as classes have ended for the morning. I stretch my rather anguished body to flush the stiffness away. I wasn't sure if I had the best hours of sleep, despite what happened hours ago.
I step in line and cross my arms with the stapled papers in my hand. Amidst all the chaos that happened this early morning, I was surprised I brought the necessities for two classes today. There would only be one more class to tackle down before I return home with a bag full of groceries.
Leaving SeokJin at home was probably the best idea or the worst-case scenario. Anything might happen during his hibernation. I'm still quite unsure as to why SeokJin hadn't been poisoned. I'm not saying he should be poisoned. He wouldn't be back here if he was injured on the inside.
Naturally, an organization that wants to hide their identity usually picks the short route into trouble.
Why would they go into all the trouble to attack their enemies with sleeping fluids?
Maybe, it's just SeokJin's way of comforting me. Maybe, he has his way of extracting the poison out of his body by hibernation. I don't know what to believe, really, besides that supernatural beings exist in one case.
I was next to present my paperworks, signing the papers before dawdling out of the classroom in search for lunch. Hei Ryung had already occupied a place for the three of us to grab lunch. I was going to proceed today's classes as usual. Hopefully they don't prod for questions in regards to SeokJin. I don't want any more lies to come out of my mouth anymore.
It was so obvious to identify one of my friends out of the rather crowded fast-food restaurant. Sul Hee always liked to wear soft hued garments, whereas Hei Ryung's contrasting points are her choice of hats. I didn't say it was terrible, but it perfectly suited her calm demeanor.
Upon noticing my approaching figure, Sul Hee waves like there's no tomorrow in her seat. Hei Ryung felt the second hand embarrassment, but I was glad that we were cool with each other's comfort zones. Whatever one does, we didn't mind it at all. We simply accepted as if nothing had happened at all.
"Hey Mother, how does it feel to finally reach the end point?" Hei Ryung jokingly inquires and I notice Sul Hee almost snort through her milkshake. I dismiss this statement with a shrug before making myself comfortable.
"Terrible." I say nonetheless, grinning in exhilaration at the warmly lunch that has been ordered for me. For the rest of lunch hour, nothing distracted me more than the mere appetizing food in front of me.

If it weren't for Sul Hee's continuous jabs, I'd probably fall back asleep after yawning so much.
The meal that I had a few hours ago was an additional factor to increase the odds of my slumber. I could easily feel tired from eating too much, but I was hungry at the same time. I didn't put in much consideration about what I was eating, as long as I was consuming something.
I've barely drowsed so much just for today. I didn't think that suddenly waking up at 2AM in the early morning could affect me so easily like this. Even after sleeping for the remaining hours, my eyes were kind of tired.
I shake my head and pinch myself on the arm, but the method didn't work to lift the slumber off my eyes. It would be the most euphoric thing if I had landed on a bouncy bed right now. I wouldn't care about the world for a few minutes as I indulged myself to sleep.
