Living with Cash (Nash Grier & Cameron Dallas)

Chapter 21

Nicoles POV

I woke up to the faint smell of ocean water and sand. I opened my eyes, sat up, then rubbed them. I blinked a few times and  took a look around my surroundings. This is not my bedroom. Why am I on the beach right now? The weirdest thing was my bed was literally on the sand on the beach. Whoever pulled this prank is going to get slapped. 

When I stood from the bed, I walked to the house and heard very light laughing. When I extended my hand to open the door, it was locked! WHAT THE HECK?! Why are they trying to mess with me? Okay, so now I'm getting a little pissed.

I walked over to the window that showed the kitchen and saw a head poking out from behind the counter. They were trying to hide, but failed. But it wasn't Nash's hair, or Kaitlyn's. Or Mia's. It didn't look like any of the guys' hair. Maybe Aaron's or Jack G's? But why would they be hiding and pranking me? 

Just as I was thinking about who it could be, a notification popped up on my phone. 

@nicholegreen how do ya like the prank we pulled? ;) 

I couldn't believe who it was from. I haven't seen her in forever. We used to see eachother like every summer when we vactioned in Florida.

I ran to the door and there she was. She opened the door and I tackled her in a hug.

"JULIA!!!!!" I yelled. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?"

She laughed, "Well, I was in town, and your mom told me you are living here with Nash and Cameron. So, I texted Nash and he told me to make it a surprise and come!" 

"Julia, I miss you so much! How long are you staying?" I said after I released from the hug.

I saw everyone behind her smiling. Nash with the biggest smile of all. "Well I'm done with school for this year, so I'm staying here for the summer. In LA I mean." 

"Yeah! We can hang out like we used to!" I smiled.

I walked over to Nash and hugged him. "Thanks" I whisphered in his ear and let go.

"So..... Let's talk about that prank?" I raised an eyebrow and crossed my arms.

Nash pointed to Julia, "It was her idea!!"

"Nash. Don't blame Julia, shes's too nice." I gestured towards her.

"Nicole, it was me. But the boys helped me. I really don't understand how you slept through it all. I mean, they bumped the bed into the walls like 1,000 times!" 

"Ohhhh, I see how it is. Just watch your back Jules." I winked and she laughed, "Oh gosh, this means war."

I walked upstairs to get changed. I can't believe she's here. Julia and I are cousins. We were inseperable when we were younger. Every summer our families would either go to Florida or San Diego for vacation. She lives in New York, so not that far from eachother. She was my best friend, besides K and Mia. She always understood me and never judged me. Actually, she was more like a sister to me. I am the only girl in the famiy, with two older brothers. So, yeah, not fun.

Julia's POV

Nicole and I decided to go to the mall to catch up. We went alone because we haven't seen eachother in a long time. When we pulled in, we got out and headed to Claires. Nicole wanted to get her doubles because she has never gotten them, but always wanted to.

"I'm surprised. I thought you'd scream or something." I laughed. 

"Ha ha, very funny." she rolled her eyes.

We were talking about almost everything we could think of and anything of it. As we were about to go into jamba juice, being the clumsy person I am, I bumped into someone. 

When I glanced up, I saw that it was a man. Maybe mid forties? Anyway, he mumbled a sorry and we kept walking to get our refreshments.

After we finished up at the mall, Nicole and I headed to her car. Just about as I was opening the door, I felt someone grab me from behind. I tried to get loose, but this person was too strong. Then I heard a scream, which I figured was Nicole's. 

Then everything went black.
