Ingredients
1 big cabbage
3 tomatoes
2 onions
1 tbsp pepper sauce
1/2 cup agushi (powdered)
1 green pepper
1 season (maggi)
1 salmon (fish)
200 ml cooking oil
1 tsp saltMethod
Wash the cabbage with salt solution.
Chop the cabbage into pieces .
Put it in a bowl .
Pour hot water unto it and cover it.Wash and chop the tomatoes ,onions and green pepper.
Place a saucepan on fire .
Put in the cooking oil.
Add the chopped onions and tomatoes .
Let it fry for 2 mins and add the pepper.
Cut the fish into pieces and add it.
Stir and leave it to cook.
Add in the green pepper .
Mix the agushi in a small bowl with water to make a light paste and add the salt and season(maggi)Pour it in addition to the cooked vegetable.
Leave it to cook till the agushi turn into lumps like eggs.
Drain the water in the cabbage and add it to the saucepan content .
Stir for it mix uniformly.
Put off the fire and tadaaa the cabbage stew is readyyyDedicated to let_alpha_write .love you Dearie
