This is an Africa drink which is mostly enjoyed when chilled.

Ingredients
1 cup hibiscus flowers(dried)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp flavour (pineapple)🍍
2 big ginger
1 TBS cloves

Method
Place four cups of water in a big saucepan on fire.
Let boil and add the hibiscus flowers.
Grind the ginger and cloves and add it to the boiling flowers. Stir occasionally.
Let it boil till there is no more foam on the surface of the liquid .
Strain the liquid from the flowers using a strainer .
Pour the liquid in a bowl for it to cool.

Syrup
Pour the sugar in a small pan.
Pour 1/3 cup of water unto it .
Place it on fire and stir .
Add the flavour and continue to stir.
When it boil for 3mins it's ready.
Pour the syrup into the cooling liquid and stir till it mix uniformly.
