Some people call this soup 'fish pepper soup'.
Ingredients
3 fresh tilapia ( medium size)
2 big onions
2tbs pepper sauce
3tbs tomato puree
1 piece ginger
2 pieces garlic
1 green pepper
1 fish stock
I tspn saltMethod
Cut the fins of the fish and wash with plenty of water.
Cut each fish into 2
Place it into a saucepan
Blend the onion ,ginger and garlic .
Pour it unto the fish and add a little water,salt and fish stock.
Cover and leave it to steam for 3 minutes.
Add in the pepper sauce and tomato puree.
Add 2 cups of water.
NB: Do not stir with a ladle because of the freshness of the fish.Leave it to cook for 5 minutes .
And tadaaa Dearies ,there comes your fish pepper soup .
This soup can be use to eat fufu,Kenney,rice or banku.
