I pulled myself out to face the demon. "We meet again!" I dropped his wrist as the painting closed where I came out from and turned back into a normal canvas. I sighed in relief but my head snapped back to the demon.
He just smirked at me not giving me any other expressions. "So you made it out! Great for you!" He claps sarcastically. "And what were you doing with those nails?!" I asked. He looked at the nails in his hands. "What do you think?!" He raised his hand up and threw it straight at me.
I ducked down just in time. The nails shattered through the window and out into the yard. I turned back towards the demon but he only made the nails as a distraction and was charging towards me. I didn't have enough time to move! He pushed me up against the shattered window with my head dangling out. The bottom of the windowsill had sharp pieces of glass still attached, as he pushed my head down, the remaining glass cut into my neck and the back of my head. He noticed the blood as it dripped onto the windowsill. He just smirked and threw me inside onto the ground. "Look who's injured once again?!" He laughed satisfied. I looked up at him weakly. "What if....I was someone you cared about?" I asked. He looked at me confused. "But you're not."
"Who says I'm not.......Changbin!"
~Flashback~
Before Felix pulled me into the temple I looked at the board with information about the temple. It said that the temple use to belong to a lonely prince where he would come and sit waiting for his princess that disappeared. The prince's name was Changbin.
