Kevin and Emily made a quick preparation to go outside and go to his apartment for the board games Kevin had talked about. They were going to stay there for a while, and they didn't want to sit in silence and do nothing for a while.
Lissette still didn't come out of her corner and Tyler tried to talk to her, but she didn't seem to respond. Kelly was resting and Mike was playing with his hamster, Luna. Braden was carbon his name in one of the desks with his pocket knife.
Before Kevin and Emily climbed out of the window, Tyler asked if they could get his great sword and his instructions. "Instructions for what?" Kevin asked, tilting his head.
"For a bomb." Tyler responded, smiling deviously.
Kevin smiled back. "Gladly. In the field, right?"
"Yup" Tyler said.
"Yeah, good, 'cause I remember seeing it there.
Kevin and Emily climbed out of the window and walked up to a gate, on the other side was the field with Tyler's items. Emily had a metal pipe as a weapon.
"Why did we stop at the gate?" Emily asked.
Kevin climbed the gate, making it to the other side with ease. "To get his stuff." Kevin responded.
"I can't do that!" Emily exclaimed, pointing at the gate.
Kevin chuckled. "Try it, it might help you in the future."
"But I don't know if I can." Emily complained.
Kevin looked up with his hands to his hips, then smiled, coming up with an idea. "Do it and you get a prize."
"What is it?"
"It's a surprise."
"Okay, fine, I'll do it. But if I do it, you'll give me my prize?"
"Sure."
"Really?"
"Sí"
Emily closed her eyes and inhaled and exhaled deeply. She opened her eyes and threw her body to the gate. Her body tilted to the other side of the gate and she fell on her back. She groaned and got up slowly, rubbing her back. Kevin couldn't help but laugh.
"Oh shut up." Emily said.
Kevin snorted. "Okay, okay, sorry." Kevin walked up to her and held out his hand.
Emily took his hand and got up. They were only inches away.
"What's my prize?" She asked softly.
Kevin spread out his arms and gave her a bear hug. "A big ol' hug!"
Emily laughed awkwardly. She was expecting something more.
Kevin stopped hugging her. "Common, lets go get this guys stuff."
"Alright, lets do it." Emily said.
The two took a little while but they reached the crater where the great sword and a folded piece of paper with the instructions to make a bomb. Kevin took the sword and put the instructions in his bag. "Let's get going."
"Whoa," said Emily. "That thing is huge!"
"That's what she said." Kevin said smiling.
Emily lightly pushed Kevin. "Shut up."
"So I was thinking."
"What?"
