I woke up in the hospital. Oh great, it wasn't a dream. *Note the sarcasm.*

I sat up from the uncomfortable chair and tried to get comfortable. No luck. I sat there, looking at a blank wall, hoping, praying, that my brother would wake up. I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard someone clear their throat.

"Finally! You're awake. I thought you were dead there." A man smirked.

I instantly looked at the hospital bed. It was Dylan! Oh my god! Dylan's alive. I made my way to him and hugged him instantly. "I'm supposed to say that idiot." I said as I let go of the hug.

"You were sleeping, I was awake. You say that to the sleeping one." He winked at me. I giggle.

I looked around the room to find it empty except him and I. "Where's Anna? Does she know you're awake?" I asked eagerly.

"Calm down. Yes. They all saw me wake up before you." Dylan smiled reassuringly.

I pouted and slumped my shoulders. "Well that sucks." I said.

Dylan chuckled. "It's fine. As long as we got some alone time together." He smiled.

I sat back down on the chair again. "You know, if it wasn't for me, you wouldn't-" Dylan cut me off before I could even finish with my sentence.

"Don't start Sara. It's not your fault. Okay? And didn't I say everything was going to be okay?" Dylan looked at me seriously.

I nodded and smiled. "Yeah.. Yeah you did."

"And I'm awake. I'm not dead. I'm fine. You're fine. Anna's fine." Dylan put a hand over my hand.

"I love you." I smiled.

"I love you too." Dylan said.

Just then, Anna and Hunter came back. Anna went to sit beside Dylan and Hunter came beside me. He kissed me on my head. "Finally, you're awake." Hunter said before sitting down.

"You're supposed to say that to the patient." I gestured to Dylan.

"We already said hi and everything. You're the one that slept through it all." Hunter shrugged.

I chuckled. Then I remembered something. "Anna." I said and looked at her.

"Yeah?" She asked, smiling.

"This may be the worst time to ask but.." I dragged out the 'but'. "Are you okay? What happened?" I asked.

Anna was bleeding out at the fight. Then again, what happened after the fight? Questions kept swarming my head right about now. And I need answers for all of them.

"Uh.." Anna hesitated and looked down. "I.. I" Anna fiddled with her fingers.

"It's okay.. You don't have to tell us now. I just want to know if you're okay." I smiled reassuringly at her.

She looked up from her lap. "I lost my baby." She held a breath then let it out.

My eyes widened and so did Hunter's and Dylan's. Dylan sat up. "What?" He asked eagerly.

"I'm sorry.. I.." Tears were now falling down her face.

My best friend lost her baby..My brother lost his unborn child. "Anna.. It's not your fault." I went over to her quickly and hugged her.

She didn't say a word. None of us did. We were in too much of a shock. Hunter felt sorry for her, I know he did. Dylan sat there with an empty expression. I can't believe this.

The doctor said that Dylan would have to stay for a day or two because they had to run some more tests before they're fully aware that he is good to go home.

I went into the pack house and ran up the stairs into the bedroom. So did Anna. Hunter followed after me.

I plopped myself on the bed and let out a breath. "So.." I said.

"Sara, let's not talk about it. You jut got home and right now, I'm glad you're okay." Hunter sat next to me on the bed.

I sat up and faced him. "No. What happened after the fight? Did you... Did you kill Trey?" I hesitated to ask but I needed to know.

"No.. I didn't." Hunter looked down at his lap.

I sat there with wide eyes. "Is he in the cells? Did you lock him up?" I asked eagerly.

"He got away. We killed most of his pack though." Hunter said as he looked around the room, trying to not make eye contact with me.

"At least he's gone now." I sighed.

"Sara." Hunter spoke up and looked at me.

"Yes?" I asked confusingly.

"He's going to come back."
