 I went into the pack house feeling happy. Trey was gone, my brother and I were safe, my best friend was safe, and I had an amazing mate. Everything felt perfect. Sure, there'll be some problems down the road, but I know i can get through it with my mate beside me. I love him. 

Then I realized and turned around to face Hunter. "I never thanked Luke!" I exclaimed worriedly. 

Hunter scoffed then smiled. "It's fine. You can thank him tomorrow. He'll leave around noon." Hunter assured me. 

"Okay.." I sighed then smiled. 

I love Hunter so much... I don't know why, but I felt a tingly sensation. Is that weird? I just felt like I needed him. More than him. 

Oh god, does that sound wrong? It probably does. It's probably just a mate thing. I just probably need to cuddle with him. I made my way into the kitchen and found Anna cooking. Dylan went to her and hugged her from behind. It was an awe moment. 

I sat down on the stool and watched the two couple. "So, what you cooking?" I asked. Hunter came and sat next to me. 

"Nothing" Anna chuckled.

"Seriously?" I asked with an eyebrow raised even though she couldn't see me. 

She turned around with Dylan beside her. "Sorry." She shrugged. Then she pulled Dylan out of the kitchen and up the stairs. I heard a door slam and god knows what they'll be doing tonight. 

I scrunched up my face in disgust. "This is one of the moments where I hate having good ears." 

Hunter laughed. "You do not know how many times I've dealt with that. I can't believe you couldn't hear it before." Hunter looked at me with disbelief. 

I hit him playfully. "Whatever" I rolled my eyes. "Hey Hunter."

"Yes?" He said slowly then pulled me onto his lap. I wrapped my arms around him and kissed him on the cheek. 

"How are you holding out this long?" I asked trying to keep my laughter in. 

He laughed a little. "A lot of cold showers." He smiled like an idiot. 

My eyes widened in shock. Then I burst out laughing. "Aw!" Was all I could manage to get out. 

"It's not that funny." He looked at me.

"I feel bad... Sort of" I said with a smirk.

"I'm offended! You don't want any of this?" He gestured over to his body. 

I smirked. "Nah. I'd rather have a taste of Ryan Gosling" I winked at him. 

He instantly growled. "I will kill him." He said seriously.

I smacked him in the chest. "Oh shut up. It was a joke." I smiled.

"I know. I'll still kill him." He shrugged.

I rolled my eyes. "I love you and your possessiveness." I smiled and pecked him on the lips. 

"I love you because you're.... just you." He smiled then gave me a passionate kiss. 

I kissed him back and let him have dominance over the kiss. I parted my lips slightly, letting him have entrance into my mouth. Our tongues glided and swirled in each other's mouth. I ran my fingers through his hair while pulling him closer to me, if that was possible. We were so close and I felt his heat radiating off his body into mine. I wanted him. 

"Hunter." I gasped in between kisses.

"Yes.." He said as he started kissing down my jawline to my neck. He licked the mark he gave me before kissing it and making his way back to my jawline. I gave out a small moan. 

"I'm..." I gasped. "Ready.." I said. 

I looked at him and his eyes turned black. Meaning his wolf was definitely in control. He wrapped my legs around his torso then lifted both of us up. God, he's strong. Which made me want him even more.  We kept kissing till he made his way up the stairs into our bedroom. 

He laid me down on the bed gently, like I'm some porcelain doll. 

He kissed me one more time. "I love you." He smiled.

"I love you too." I smiled back.
