The Fault In Our Stars [camren edition]

Camilas POV

After me and laurens date, she brought me home, and she spent the night with me. I was already awake by 6am, but she was still snoozing softly by my side. She was cuddling me, with her arms wrapped around my waist, and her fave buried in my back. She was the big spoon and well me? I was the little spoon. But for once i wanted to be the little spoon.

I turned to face her and soon wrapped my arms around her body, but she just just smiled. "What are you trying to do camz?", she said in her raspy morning voice. And i have to say, it was hot. I pouted, "i wanna be the big spoon lolo". She just giggled, "honey, im always the big spoon". I gave her my puppy face look and she finally gave in. "okay okay fine. little camzi can be the biiiiig spoooooon!", she said in a childish tone and turned her back to face me. I then wrapped my arms around her in victory and giggled. "i love you lolo" "i love you too camz".

Laurens POV

After our little cuddle session we both ate breakfast and took showers moments later. I sat on the recliner, watching "Glee" on netflix, while camz was in the kitchen getting the popcorn to watch movies.

"im cooommiiiiiinngg!!", i heard camz say in unison while she walks into the living room wearing nothing but an oversized sweater and her underwear. Jesus please help me. i thought in my head.

She came over to me and sat on my lap and layed her head on my chest, listening to my heartbeat. She smiled and nuzzled at my neck. She then snatched the remote from me and decided to pick the movie herself. "no horror movies this time lolo", she said as she stuck her tongue out at me. I did the same. She finally decided to watch this movie called Tangled. (its a real movie)

After the movie it was about 6:00pm. Camz and i were still awake ofcourse. So i decided to take her out. I took her to McDonalds for dinner, since she wanted to go there instead of some weird fancy restaraunts. After dinner i took her to the spot to stargaze.

We pasted through trees by the time we got there, thankfully i brought the blanket with us. I laid down on the lakes shore like how we did it before and we both laid down, her head on my chest and her arms wrapped around me.

I love this.
I wish i could put this moment in frame and live the moment forever.

I sighed deeply, looking up at the stars and i looked at camz who was looking at me with her beautiful, chocolate brown orbs. "lolo look!" she said, pointing to the shooting star up ahead. I smiled and thought about making a wish and i did. "did you make a wish?" she asked with a big smile plastered on my face.

"But i already got my wish", i said, snuggling her close to me thinking she got the idea that she was my wish.

She smiled. "whats your wish?" i asked her. "i wished to be cancer free and to stay with you. forever." I smiled of the thought of that. "i do too camz." I leaned in and kissed her lips softly, she kissed back with passion. Our lips moving in sync. We pulled away when camz found it hard to breathe.

"Lolo" "yes camz?" she played with my hair and talked in a soft voice. "Why does love feel so good, but soon, it just ends up hurting you?". I bit my bottom lip.

"Well camz love is such a beautiful thing, but it can also be a terrible thing. It can be beautiful because almost everyone can find it. It makes you feel good about yourself and it can also make you feel loved and appreciated by the little things you do to keep you and your partner happy. But it can also be a terrible thing because love is limited to everyone. Because doing the wrong thing can get yourself and also your partner hurt. It can also hurt you mentally and can cause heartaches and broken memory camz."

I finished saying everything and looked up at the stars. "oh i see" she said nonchalantly. "i love you, okay?" "okay i love you too". Okay will be our always i thought in my head.  I smiled and counted stars with camz until she gave up eventually.

"so um camz, how did the surgery go? are you officially cancer free?" she bit her lower lip and i could see her eyes get glossy with tears. "lolo..." i furrowed my eyebrows in worry. "what is it camz, and this better be a good thing. She just shook her head in response.

"what is it?" i said in a shaky tone, i could feel tears building up in my eyes but im trying to hold it back. "i-it just got worst..." I shook my head, "no no no!!  This was supposed to help you get rid of it!! I DONT WANT TO BELIEVE IT CAMZ." i said but i ended up yelling. I could see the hurt in her eyes and tears running down her delicate cheek.

i sighed "im sorry for camz im just...really worried" she nodded in comprehension but she was looking down.

"How much time do you have left?"

"5 weeks lolo"
