Laurens POV

I had just finished putting everything away in my car trunk. Next thing i know i hear someone clear their throat from behind me, i turned to see who and,

Someone?
Dinah and Camila. fuck.

My eyes widened in shock and fear. I quickly turned my back on them to shut my car trunk but was soon stopped by dinah who seemed to use her so what called super strength to stop it halfway from closing. She suddenly re-opened it and started looking threw it all and boy did she looked angry. She was looking at every bottle and I saw camila just standing there, her arms crossed.

"What the heck laur! What are you doing with all these stuff?" dinah said as she walked up to me her arms crossed, giving me a stern look. I froze. "i-i use them" i said under a shaky breath. "This is too much alchohol! and-", she suddenly held her hand out like she was expecting me to give her something.  "And what?" i raised my eyebrows at her. "cigarettes. now." I bit my lower lip. "wh-what cigarettes?" i stalled her. "cut the crap and hand them over. now" I sighed and reached in my pocket and gave her one. I kept the second, hopefully she doesnt know. "and the other one." i rolled my eyes and handed her the second one.

She took them both and stuffed them in her pocket and she signalled camila to go to her. dinah whispered something to her and she nodded and grabbed two of my whiskey, then dinah grabbed the other two and they put it in dinahs car. My mouth dropped open. "What are you doing?!" I asked angrily. "doing you a favor" camila snapped as she looked at me deeply in the eyes. "lauren dont so this to yourself. This stuff is strong and you dont know what it can do to you!". i flinched at her words amd i just had to open my stupid mouth. "Why do you care about me? You don't love me." I could hear camila gasp lightly as she took a step back from me.

"Laueen please understand i only said that just so you could get over me...I just dont want to affect you when i d-" But i cut her off, "Dont even say that word!" i slowly walked up to her and cupped her face. "You are going to live camz. You are. You will. and i already solved it." I gave her an assuring smile and let go. I then took notice of the scar on her cheek, and touched it. She flinched at my touch but soon was comforted. "what happened?" I looked her deeply in the eyes as her own started to get glossy. She just shook her head and hugged me, letting hot tears roll into my shirt.

She told me everything about austin treating her like shit and dinah told me how she saved her. Oh dinah, thank god. She finally let go of the hug and wiped her tears away. "s-sorry lolo" she said in a small voice as she looked down. I lightened up as i heard it. Lolo. She called me Lolo. I smiled and lifted her chin up to face me, now we were inches apart. I could just lean in and our lips would touch by then. "be mine again, please?"

Though camila shook her head. "I- i cant lolo...i dont want to hurt you" I furrowed mt eyebrows, "I know you will bu-" camila cut me off, "no! you dont understand! what part of i dont want to hurt you do you not understand! I already told you how im the grenade...I just dont want to hurt you because you will be how you are now...I- I dont want to die lauren...I dont want to leave you. But i will eventually."

I looked at her deeply. "please camz i-", thats when she stepped forward and closed the gap between us. I felt sparks go on and it felt so good. I havent kissed her in what seems like weeks. i missed the feeling. We moved in syn until camila pulled away, turned around and walked towards dinahs car, but stopped. "Goodbye...lauren.." she said as she stepped into the car and i saw dinah roll up her window and she signaled me that she will call me later.

But wait...they have my goddamn alchohol and cigarettes! Atleast they didnt take the junkfood...But i dont care, i went back to the store and bought more and headed home to drink and eat my pain away.

Camilas POV

After my encounter with lauren i had an emergency once i got home from dinahs house. I could hardly breathe and i hadnt realozed what was going on. My heart was racing and i started hyperventilating and i couldnt get any air in me. Soon i was rushed to the hospital with my worried parents.

I woke up in the hospital room as usual my mom rushed to me. "what happened?" i asked in a weak tone. "the usual...you had too much water in your lungs that kept you from breathing mila" i groaned and laid back down. My mom smiled at me and caressed my hand and telling me that it will be okay. I sighed at her positive comments.

Soon the doctor came in with a smile on her face. Doctor Rita was her name i guess. "good news camila!" she said in unison. I sat up "what is it, doc?" she flipped through her papers. "Your lung tumor is gone and guess what? Your getting better for a stage four! Your actually going to live long!"

Me and my mom couldnt believe what we were hearing. We all smiled and laughed and cheered. Soon i left the hospital in the best possible mood.

I told dinah and the girls and they came over my house and we had a slumber party and ate junk foods and so much things went on! We gotta sleep, but instead, karaoke on the bed! (See what i did there harmonizers?(; )

We laughed and watched so much movies until midnight. They all knocked out during finding nemo i was still up and watching it. I suddenly thought about lauren. We had her alchohol so shes fine. She wont do a thing you know.

Next thing i know i felt my phone vibrati g through my pants i picked it up and answered it and it was lauren.

She sounded like she was crying because she was sniffling and she kept saying my name. "lauren whats wrong?" i asked her. "c-camz can you comd over please?"  "i'll be right there ok hang on" I quickly hung up and rushed to her place in my gummy bear onsie.

I didnt care to knock on her door i just rushed all the way into her room. I heard her crying and laughing. It creeped me out  I opened the door slowly and i was so shocked of what i saw. Empty bottles of whiskey and beer scattered the place, and a pile of cigarette boxes were in one corner of the room and what i could see lauren was huddled in a small ball on her bed, crying her eyes out.

I quickly went to her and pulled her into a hug. She smelled of alchohol, cigarettes, and an unfamiliar scent. She hugged me tight immediately. I quickly rubbed her back and calmed her down. "whats wrong lauren? and why do you smell like alchohol and cigarettes i thought we took them!" She gulped "i-i went back and bought again" I shook my head in disappointment. "You need to stop lauren im getting worried and i dont like seeing you like this" Lauren looked up at me. "i thought y-you said you didnt love me and that you didnt c-care?" i cupped her cheeks. "thats not true. i only said that just to make you leave me and forget about me lolo. I love you very much with all my heart. Okay?" She nodded "okay"

She smiled and closed the gap between us. She kissed me passionately and i kissed back. Oir lips moved perfectly in sync. I sat on her lap as she smiled through the kiss. I pulled away do to lack of oxygen and pecked her lips.

"okay?"i said as i looked at her deeply. "okay"

"Stay the night" she said as she gave me puppy dog eyes. I smiled "but mani, ally, and dinah are at my house a-" she then cut me off by her little childish voice, "puhhh leeeaasse camz?" (please camz) She flashed her puppy dog face out, poking her botton lip out. i couldnt resist it so i gave in and cuddled next to her. She was the big spoon and i was the little spoon. She nuzzled her face into my neck and i smiled. I love this, i miss this.

I know i could live longer now,

But there's one more reason why i cant be with her....and its far worse.

Its just that
