The Fault In Our Stars [camren edition]

I can't....

Camilas POV

I woke up by the sound of chirping birds and the suns ray that shined on my face through the light curtains. I groaned and sat up. I realized i was at my house and not laurens. Wait, what? Normani was still asleep, as usual. So i dragged my oxygen tank and headed downstairs to see ally and dinah making breakfast already. "Morning mila!" they both said in unison as i sniffed the air. I knew what they were making. "BANANA PANCAKES!!!!", i yelled out in happiness and squealed as i hugged ally whilst she was flipping the pancakes. She giggled, "well ofcourse! they are you favorite" I squealed again and i guess i woke mani up because she came in rubbing her eyes. "What in the world is going on" i giggled "sorry mani its just that ally made banana pancakes!" i couldnt help but smile a lot.

She took a seat at the kitchen table and yawned, "ofcourse mila". I walked over to the table, dragging my oxygen tank along with me while bouncing happily in my seat. Soon ally was done, dinah was setting up the plates and she served them.

We ate our breakfast in peace and laughter. Once we were done we all took showers and changed. I then decided to go out for a jog when really im going to see lauren instead!

I didnt ring the doorbell or knocked instead i just walked in her home and i headed upstairs to her room. I opened the door without knocking and i saw lauren still snoozing. Her room still looked the same, littered with alchohol bottles, cigarette boxes, and bags of illegal drugs. I walked over to her and sat by her side, stroking her hair. Suddenly she grabbed me by the waist and got me to lay down next to her. She wrapped her arms around my body and put it closer to hers and i know she was smiling.

"Goodmorning beautiful, what brings you here?" she asked in her husky morning voice. I giggled, "just came to see you" She smiled and i turned around to face her. "So um i heard about the news...Your getting better.." she said as she caressed my cheek. I smiled and nodded. "yeah..who told you this?" I shrugged my shoulders. "Jai and luke have been my messengers". I hugged her tightly. "how did you bring me home?" i asked her raising an eyebrow. She shrugged. "well it was hard getting up the ladder but i managed it."

I giggled and she gave me a warm smile. "camz do you wanna go somewhere right now?" I nodded and she got up. "lets have an adventure!" she yelled out in a childish tone and laughed. I laughed with her. She had to get ready by taking a shower and changing so i had had to wait out in the living room. Once she was finished we took off.

We spent the whole day together. First we ate lunch at McDonalds, my choice ofcourse, then we went to the beach to swim and play. Soon we went out to the store to buy lots of junk food and then we headed to the park, took a walk, then brought a blanket and all the food to the spot. Our Spot. We were still there and it was already 7pm. The stars looked lively amazing. Just not as amazing as her.

Laurens POV

im pretty sure this is a date. i know she has a boyfriend who is such a dick. Even if me and camila did kiss while she is still with him, i dont care. I still love her and i want her back. She is amazing and i love her.

We are both laying down on a blanket, on the lake shore, both looking into each others eyes. I smiled as i felt our fingers intwine. I want her back. I need her back. Im so happy she is getting better. I smiled and broke the silence.

"camz?" i say softly. "mhm, yes lolo?" I sighed. "i know i may be stupid for asking this but...do you think we can still work this out?" she didnt answer me, yet she stayed silent. "look i know this is all sudden but we can start over  please? break it up with austin and be with me again. you know i treat you  better and you know i love you more. Please camz, Cause i can love you more than this. (QUOTING ONE DIRECTION LOL)

Still no answer but she just shook her head. "l-lolo i cant get back with you" My heart hung low. "what? wh-why?" I furrowed my eyebrows as i could feel my heartbeating fast and hard.

She looked at me deeply in the eyes and suddenly looked up at the skies.

"Because lolo i-" she suddenly choked on her words and she tries to breathe properly now.

"It's because austin asked me to marry him and i said yes."
