Chapter 17

Harry's POV

I was showing Didi Holmes Chapel when I suddenly felt someone throw water on me. I got up from my slumber and glared at Louis. Why did he have to wake me up?
"Why did you wake me up?" I asked annoyed.
"Do you even know what's the time?"he asked.
"No! What's the time?" I asked.
"It's 12.30 in the afternoon now. I wouldn't have woken you up, but we've got a studio session today at 1.30pm." he said.
"Okay, I'll be up. I'll just take a shower and come down." I said.
"Okay." he said and left the room.
I took a shower and got ready. I checked my phone and saw a text from Didi.

Hey, I know I've said this so many times today, but, really, thank you so much Harry, for showing me around today. I really had a blast. It was such a great day for me. I owe you so much.
I don't know how to thank you. I know you may be sleeping now, lol. So Good Night. Didi xxx

I had already told her not to thank me so many times.

To:Diya
I'm so glad you enjoyed. But you don't need to thank me so many times. Okay? And yeah, see you soon at today's studio session. Harry xxx

I replied to her text and went down. I was really hungry. I had breakfast and we then left for the studio.

Didi's POV

I woke up at 9.30 am and went to my keyboard and started writing a song. At maybe 10am I got a call from John. He was another guy working at Syco.
"Hello" I said.
"Hey! Diya, you've got a studio session with One Direction at 1.30 pm today. Okay? " he said.
"Okay, I'll be there. Bye." I said.
"Bye." he said.
I took a shower and then went to the kitchen to help my aunt make lunch.
"Good Morning Auntie." I said.
"Good Morning dear. Did you sleep well?" she asked.
"Yeah." I nodded.
"Tell me how was your day yesterday? Did you like London?" she asked.
"Yes! I loved London!  It's so beautiful here!" I said.
"Good. Now you can stay here longer." she said.
"I don't know, we'll see that. Anyways, I thought I'd help you to make lunch today since I've got a late studio session today, that is, at 1.30 pm." I said.
"Okay, so, what do you think we should make?" she asked me.
"Ummm, maybe spaghetti? Or Lasagna?" I asked.
"Let's make Lasagna." she said.
"Okay, I'll take out the ingredients." I said.
We made the dish whilst talking about her and my work. She was working as a high school Math teacher, which I'm sure is not an easy task. Her husband, that is, my uncle was a software engineer and her son Jeff was almost 20 years old and was studying Literature. He was very close to me. Even when I was in India and he was in London, we used to speak at least once a week and tell each other everything that happened throughout the week.
"Diya, why don't you get ready now and then have a little lasagna which we made before leaving?" she asked.
"Okay, I'll go and get ready." I said.
I had to never wear anything too professional because, it was not an office, and the whole time, we were in the studio.
So I decided to wear my full sleeves black top and my black and white printed ankle length pants.
I went down and was eating the yummy lasagna when my aunt said,
"You'll be back before 7pm?" she asked me.
"Yeah, I'll be back by 6pm I guess. Why?" I asked.
"We need to pick Jeff from the airport today." she said.
"He's coming back today?" I asked excited.
He had to go to LA for some work of his. So I couldn't meet him when I came here.
"Don't worry. I'll definitely be back by 6pm. It's been so long that I met him!" I said.
"I know. But now it's getting late, so you should go I guess." my aunt said.
"Oh yeah, bye." I said.

At the studio.

Harry's POV

"Good Morning guys! Oh no! It's afternoon. " Didi said as she entered the studio.
"Hi!" Liam said.
"Hey! How was your day yesterday? You liked London?" Louis asked.
"Oh yeah! I loved it! I still don't know how to thank Harry though. I know he's gonna get mad if I thank him again, but I just can't help it." she said.
"You look quite happy today. Any specific reason?" Niall asked her.
"Oh yeah! Jeff is coming back today! I'm so happy! " she said.
Jeff?
"Who's Jeff? " I snapped. I hope she didn't notice.
"He's my lovely cousin and best friend." she said.

After half an hour of chatting.

"Hey! Did you guys read this?" Louis asked.

Girl. Who is she? Another fling of his? We don't know yet, but stick to us to find out who she is!

"I don't know why paps can't mind their own business." Didi said calmly. I didn't expect that. I thought she would panic and go mad.
"You're not mad at me or anything?" I asked her.
"Why would I be mad at you when it's not your fault?" she said.
"Why don't you post something saying that she's our new music producer or something?" Liam said.
"Let's all of us post a pic." Niall said.
We clicked a few selfies and posted it on twitter and Instagram.

We all didn't tag her because people would attack her account and we didn't want that to happen.

"When I first saw you, from across the room, I could tell that you were curious." Liam sang.
"That sounds so good!" she said.
"If you like causing trouble up in hotel rooms, umm" Niall said.

"If you like having Ummm, if you like having secret little rendezvous!" she exclaimed.
"Yeah! " we all said.
"If you like midnight driving with the windows down. " I said looking at her as she was busy searching some chord on the guitar with Niall.
"Awww" Louis whispered.
"Shhhh" I said.
We kinda finished the first verse, Pre chorus and chorus today. It was almost 5.30 pm and we were tired and decided to complete it tomorrow.

"Should I drop you home?We can have some supper on the way. " I asked Didi.
"Oh no. It's fine Harry. I've got the car today and I need to pick up Jeff from the airport at 7pm today with my aunt. So, its okay. " she said.
I knew she was very excited to meet her cousin today and was in a hurry to reach home, so I gave in.
"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow. Drive safely. Okay? Bye." I said
"Bye Harry!" she said as she walked towards her car.

Didi's POV

I felt a bit bad for Harry, because I said no to him, but, I had to reach home early, so I had no choice.
I reached home and I drank the tea my auntie had made till she got ready.
"I'm ready. Let's go." she said.
"Okay. " I said.
We sat in the car and drove to the airport. I was so excited to see Jeff. We had so much talking to do. I couldn't wait to see him again.
