Two days before Marcus and Martinus have their birthday. They wanna have a party again. I'm kinda scared after what happened at my birthday party.

"Who should we ask to come?" Marcus asks going through his phone.

"I don't know, maybe Will, Elise, Jack, Mike and some others. I know it's gonna be a full house like last time if they bring some others too." Martinus says.

"I didn't even know you were friends with Elise." I say.

"Of course she's my friend. Why else would I have done that project with her in school." Martinus says and laughs a bit. I just shrug my shoulders.

"Are you jealous?" Martinus asks. I shake my head and take out my phone. Martinus chuckles and I just roll my eyes. 

The twins keep doing the list of everything they'll need at the party. It includes a lot of alcohol which I'm not so excited about.

"Is it okay if I stay in my room during this party? Things didn't end so well the last time." I ask.

"No Jens, please party with us! This time I'll make sure nothing bad happens." Marcus pleads.

"I mean if you really want to but I'd rather have you with me on my birthday." Martinus says.

"I don't know, I'll think about it." I say and turn back to my phone.

Of course I wanna have fun with my boyfriend on his birthday but last time things didn't end well and I'm scared that will happen again.

But am I really so lame that I'm gonna spend the night alone in my room? Come on Jenny, live a little! Ugh, why is this so hard.

"Marcus can we go for a walk?" I ask. Marcus agrees and we go put on our shoes.

We have been walking around for a while without saying anything. I just wanted to get out of the house for a while.

"I'm scared something will happen at the party." I say after a while.

"Hey don't worry, I'll be there with you the whole time." Marcus says. "I'll kick anyone's ass who tries to come near you when they're drunk."

"Thanks Marcus, but still. What if Martinus fucks some random girl again, or what if someone tries to kiss me and Martinus sees that, or what if-"

"Jenny! Stop worrying so much, I promise everything will go well." Marcus laughs.

"Yea yea I know." I say.

We walk around for a while longer and then Marcus jumps into a pile of snow. I look at him for a while and jump there too.

We start a snow fight. It's snowing. That and the snow we're throwing at each other is making us both cold so we decide to go back inside.

I go upstairs and change my clothes before going to the living room. I start doing my homework while Marcus is watching tv and Martinus is texting.

I don't know who he's talking to but I've decided not to care. If I jump into conclusions they may be false and then I've gotten mad over nothing.
