Leo knew he couldn't stall any longer. He had to go and see her soon before visitation was over. He was nervous. He didn't want to be forgotten.

He walked into her room and smiled at her. She smiled back.

"Hey" he spoke lightly.

"Hi" she breathed.

The two stood staring at each other for what seemed like hours. Leonard was afraid that she had forgotten. His face was slightly scrunched up which told Prudence he was worried about something. Finally Prudence spoke.

"If you're worried I don't know you because of the amnesia don't. I know you. You're my 16-year-old, no, now 17-year-old brother, Leonard Starka" she told.

Leonard blew a breath of relief and came to sit beside her. He waited another minute before speaking.

"You feeling okay?" he questioned.

"Yu-huh, I'm doing fine" she replied.

"You owe me a dog you know" Leonard chuckled.

"I know, and I seriously can't believe your 17 now where does the time go" she chuckled back.

"Happy belated birthday by the way," she said opening her arms gesturing for a hug. Leonard stood up and hugged her, he now knew she was okay.

She would be fine.

She was alive.

The hug proved to him that she was there, he could feel her letting him know everything would be okay.

And everything would be.

She was back.

That's all that mattered.
