Valentine: The Birth of the Pheonix

Scene 12 "In the jump"

{Second dimension}

Heartbreak and the suit walk into the room holding Carter, Cara, and A.L.I.C.E. Adan sees them and begins freaking out trying to break off of the cross.

Heartbreak- (Looking at Adan) "Relax, she's not dead... not yet."

Adan Valentine- "You're a monster."

Heartbreak stops walking and looks at Adan, he closes his eyes as another heartbreak jumps off of his body and makes its way over to Adan while Heartbreak and the suit walk over to the corner of the room and places Carter and Cara on the floor. The suit handcuffs Carter and Cara to a pole on the wall. The second Heartbreak punches Adan in the mouth leaving a bit of blood on his lip and chin.

Heartbreak- "Oh I'm not the monster... not yet."

Heartbreak takes A.L.I.C.E. over to the chamber and closes the door locking it. A.L.I.C.E. stands up and tries to break out. She doesn't leave a scratch. Heartbreak turns towards Adan and creates three more Heartbreaks like himself. He kneels for a moment to catch his breath, he spits out blood then stands back up looking at Adan as the other Heartbreaks stand against the wall creating more just like themselves. Heartbreak begins wheezing as an army of the same man arose behind him. He stands up slowly as his suit at the opposite end of the room injects a needle into one of the people dressed as Adan and Heartbreak. The suit walks back to Heartbreak and injects him with the same needle. Heartbreak exhales with a sinister smile on his face then looks up at Adan.

Heartbreak- "This is only the beginning. Prepare for an army that the multiverse won't stop."

Heartbreak turns around and opens the door, as the door opens a crowd can be heard chanting. The rest of the Heartbreak clones walk behind Heartbreak and the suit. The door closes leaving Adan and everyone alone. Cara looks up at Adan.

Cara- "Is he gone?"

Adan Valentine- "Yeah, hurry up."

Cara shakes her father awake, Carter sits up and looks around the room surprised by all of the Valentine's in the same room. Cara pulls out a small hand saw from her pocket and flips it open. She begins cutting the handcuffs and breaks her arms free, she does the same with her dads. She helps Carter off of the ground then they hurry over to Adan. As she begins to cut the rope holding Adan in place the saw breaks.

Cara- "Shit. (throws the saw to the floor) Hold on we'll figure it out."

4D Valentine- "You better hurry up. He won't be out there very long."

Adan Valentine- "You two figure a way for me to get out. I have an Idea for everyone in here. (Cara and Carter begin looking for a way to let Adan out while Valentine's look at Adan) Everybody in here listen up, we may not have long until Heartbreak comes back but we have to fight. We have to fight for our freedom, for our families, our friends, and our planet. If Heartbreak gets what he wants we won't stand a chance and neither will the rest of the world. So I'm asking you all to join me in the fight against Heartbreak. So who's with me?"

98 thD Valentine- "Aye what's in it for us?"

45 thD Valentine- "For our freedom? I'm in. Where I'm from I have a wife and three beautiful children. I don't want them to die because I failed them."

37 thD Valentine- "I'm in."

Everyone begins agreeing to join in the fight as Cara and Carter get to a power box and look back at Adan.

Cara- "Adan we found it."

Adan Valentine- "That's good hit it."

Cara- "There's only one problem when I do it though."

4D Valentine- "What's that?"

Cara- "Well when I kill the power you'll most likely have thirty seconds to get free and get ready to fight."

Adan Valentine- (Thinks) "Everyone. When she kills the power in the building phase through the retrowire."

Cara- "Are you ready?"

Adan Valentine- "Ready."

Cara pulls the lever to the power box and turns off the power to the building. In an auditorium, Heartbreak looks around while thinking.

Heartbreak- (To self) "No."

Heartbreak begins running towards the room with his suit running with him.

Adan and everyone else begins phasing through the retrowire, everyone gets into a fighting stance while Adan, Cara, and Carter rush over to the container with A.L.I.C.E. inside of it. Cara raises her gun at the glass only to be stopped by her father's hand.

Carter- "It's bulletproof."

Cara lowers the gun as A.L.I.C.E. places her hand on the glass, Adan places his hand over hers and begins phasing through the glass. Adan pulls A.L.I.C.E. through the glass. The door opens behind the with Heartbreak, his suits, and his clones standing and staring at him. Cara turns the power back on, in the room, every Valentine looks at Heartbreak, Heartbreak looks on with worry. The Heartbreak clones walk in and stare at every Valentine. Heartbreak looks at Adan while A.L.I.C.E. wraps around Adan.

Heartbreak- (Shouting) "Kill them."

The Heartbreak clones run around him while his suit jumps on him and takes the form of the massive bull. Adan and Heartbreak run at each other while the Heartbreak clones and other Valentines fight each other. Adan and Heartbreak collide, Heartbreak grabs ahold of Adan and throws him through a hole and runs after him. Carter and Cara look at a Valentine and ask if they can get a lift back to the first dimension. In the sixth dimension, Adan and Heartbreak punch and kick each other. Heartbreak punches Adan in the mouth then grabs his collar, he throws him into a car and runs at him bringing his knee into Adan's face. Heartbreak continues punching Adan, A.L.I.C.E. opens the bottom of the suit and pushes Adan out under Heartbreak. Adan stands up and turns around flicking his palms as a white light shines from them. He aims his hands at Heartbreak, Heartbreak stopped in his tracks. Adan lifts his arms raising Heartbreak off of the ground then throws him into the air. A.L.I.C.E. jumps at Adan wrapping around him then forming into a rhino. Adan turns towards Heartbreak and runs at him with his horn down, Heartbreak stands up getting hit by Adan. Heartbreak flies into the side of the building breaking through the side. Adan's suit turns into a spider and climbs the side of the building and enters it. Heartbreak throws a desk at Adan nocking Adan out of the building and on his back to the street below. Heartbreak standing in the opening of the building.

Heartbreak- "This could end Valentine all you have to do is die and it ends."

Adan rolls over and stands up opening a hole, Heartbreak drops from the building and runs at Adan while throwing a hole in front of Adan. Adan runs into it along with Heartbreak. Adan lands on his back in the ninety-fourth dimension with Heartbreak landing in front of him. Heartbreak falls to a knee along with Adan sitting up trying to catch his breath.

Adan Valentine- "A.L.I.C.E. what's happening? Why can't I breathe?"

A.L.I.C.E.- "You seem to be reacting to the oxygen. The farther out of your dimension you travel the more you seem to die."

Adan Valentine- "I have an Idea. A.L.I.C.E. give me a shot of penicillin."

A.L.I.C.E.- "Yes, Mr. Valentine."

A.L.I.C.E. opens a hatch inside of the suit and injects Adan with penicillin. Adan stands up and grabs Heartbreaks collar, he opens a hole and throws Heartbreak at it then runs after him. Heartbreak and Valentine travel through ninety-three dimensions. In the jump, Heartbreak continues punching Adan in the face. They fall into the first dimension on the street almost hitting cars, Heartbreak's suit forms a claw on his hand while he sits on top of Adan.

Heartbreak- "Long-lived the fourth horseman."

Heartbreak raises the claw then lowers it into Adan's chest with an evil grin, Adan's body jumps with shock and pain as blood spills from his mouth. Heartbreak pulls the claw out of Adan then rolls off of Adan and lies next to him.
