Scene 15 "Another Day"

{Epilogue}

Adan walks into a full Jack's bar and sits down on a stool at the counter and orders a pint of beer. Jack reaches under the counter and pulls up a glass and fills it, Adan drinks. The bar went silent, Adan turns around wiping the foam off of his lip not seeing anyone there.

Megan Topps- "You know you look oddly familiar."

Adan Valentine- (Turning around) "Well I'm well known around here... (Seeing Megan) oh shit, what did I do know?"

Megan Topps- "Nothing."

Adan Valentine- "Then what can I do you for Miss. Topps?"

Megan Topps- "Mr. Valentine I've been trying to get a hold of you all week. What have you been doing?"

Adan Valentine- "I'm rich. What am I not doing is the higher question."

Megan Topps- (Pulls out a tablet and turns it on) "Well whatever you're about to say would be a lie."

Adan Valentine- "You caught me. I was is in Vegas spending a million on gambling."

Megan Topps- "Well this video shows differently then what you're saying."

Megan presses play on the video. The video shows Adan and Heartbreak fighting in the street, Heartbreak stabs Adan in the chest with his claw then falls off of him.

Adan Valentine- (Looks at Megan) "This could've been faked. You know kids these days looking for attention. (Takes a drink)"

Megan Topps- "Keep watching."

Back to the video, Adan's body rises up off of the ground and begins setting fire to itself. The cocoon explodes as Adan sits there floating in the air with see-through wings and a tail. His shadow looked like a bird, he screams and the camera malfunctions and turns off. Megan turns the tablet off and looks at Adan who finishes his drink.

Megan Topps- "Explain that."

Adan Valentine- "Kids wanting attention. (Waves for another drink)"

Megan Topps- "Last I heard, kids aren't this good with video editing."

Adan Valentine- "What do you want me to say? I have powers and you want to see them, well it happens."

Megan Topps- "Why not?"

Adan Valentine- "Because I don't have powers, you're being absurd."

Megan Topps- (Chuckles) "Me, someone who's saved the world twice is being absurd?"

Adan Valentine- "Yeah, you got your powers from a meteor. Who's to say that it didn't cause you to go crazy. (Finishes his drink) I'm out of here, Jack the bills on her."

Adan stands up and walks to the door and tries to open it, it won't budge. Megan turns and looks at him.

Megan Topps- "I won't let you leave until you show me what you can do."

Adan Valentine- (Chuckles) "Oh you'll know soon enough."

Adan looks back at the door then looks down at the floor and steps back a little. He looks back at Megan who stands right behind him now, she places a card in his jacket pocket then backs up. Adan looks back at the floor then opens a hole in the floor and falls through it. Megan falls through after him and lands in Adan's workshop, Megan looks around in amazement.

Megan Topps- "You did all of this in three days?"

Adan Valentine- "Yeah. It's the reason I haven't called you back. (Looks around) Every suit in here has taken hours to make, except A.L.I.C.E. over there. (Point to A.L.I.C.E.)"

Megan Topps- (Bluetooth beeps) "I have to go. Promise me you'll think about it."

Adan Valentine- (Turns and picks up a screwdriver and a circuit board) "Yeah I'll think about it."

Adan turns around not seeing Megan anywhere, he shrugs and turns back around to continue working. Outside Megan stands in front of Valentine manor and pulls up her wrist, a hologram activates with K.J. on it.

Megan Topps- "This is Megan, the Phoenix is secure. On my way back to the bunker."

The hologram turns off as Megan lowers her arm and begins walking down the street. She passes by a family of four then vanishes from sight.

{Second Demension}

General Thorn stands in the middle of a room tied to a cross he looks around.

General Thorn- "Hello? Hello? Guys, is anyone there? I'd like to go home now. Hello?"
