Lunch. Lunch is great, I love lunch, I get to eat food. It's the one time you can just sit and eat at school. What I don't like is Flash making a scene interrupting my lunch. So you could see how I could be mad right now. That and it was about me to, though no one really knew that.
It was Friday I was sitting at the table with Peter, Ned, and MJ during lunch. When Flash got up and stood on top of his table, which was the table that was in the middle of the cafeteria. Which in turn ended up getting the attention of everyone.
"So I assume that you all have heard the rumors," Flash started and I heard some people starting to whisper to their friends.
"Which one?" Someone asked.
"The ones about one of the Avengers having a kid." Respond Flash.
"Oh you mean the ones about Captain America having a really hot daughter?" Someone else said.
What? Like what even? Where did someone get that idea from? That's not even possible.
"What? No. I mean the ones about Tony Stark having a teenage daughter that no one knows about," said Flash.
The cafeteria got a bit louder as more kids started whispering.
"Well guess what? They're true," He said louder this time.
"How would you know, Flash?" Someone at the table next to mine said.
"Because she's our age and goes to this very school. And I know who she is. I'll let you all try to figure it out before I tell you though." And with that he got down off the table and sat back down as if nothing happened, while the rest of the cafeteria burst out with the sound of kids talking again.
What? How? How could he know? Maybe he doesn't. Maybe he thinks it's someone else, not me. I hope he doesn't know, that would change everything. And I don't want it to.
"You know anything about this?" Ned asked turning towards Peter.
Peter looked at me and MJ before speaking. "What? Why would I know anything?"
"Ah, maybe because of your Stark internship?" MJ said in a 'duh' tone.
"Oh, um well no. I don't know anything about Mr Stark having a kid," Peter replied.
Good and you shouldn't.
"How long have you been doing this Stark internship?" I asked.
"Um, about a year," he replied.
"Oh, cool. Do you like it?" I implored.
"Ah, yes very much, It's great there. I love it. And I feel the people I work with are really starting to warm up to me," he answered enthusiastically.
"A year is a pertty long time as an intern, have they thought of hiring you yet?" I asked.
"They-they've mentioned it," Peter responded.
"Ok. What exactly do you do there?" I questioned.
"Oh, well um, ah I'm-I'm not really supposed to talk about it," he fumbled.
"Oh really?" I replied.
The bell rang telling us to head back to class.
"Ah, yep. Gotta go to class now, later," Peter said pulling Ned with him.
Well that's all very strange. Time to have a chat with my dad.

After school I had to head straight home to train Spider-man.
We trained for an hour or so. He was doing better then the day before, his punches really improved, and I was getting him to do a good combo of both punching and kicking.
After the training I desided it was a good time to have a talk with my dad.
"Hey, dad," I said walking into his lab where he was sitting in his chair playing with a ball in his hands as he looked at the screen.
"Oh, hey Lex. How was training?" He said turning his chair to look at me.
"It was good, the kid's really starting to get better. I mean he's good, but I feel like he's mostly just messing around and doing things he has seen in movies. But I'm not here to talk about Spider-boy. I wanted to ask you something," I rambled.
"Ok, ask away sweetheart, what is it?" My dad responded.
"How well do you know your interns?" I asked.
"Not very well at all, I mean they're only here for about four months or so. I barley know most of my employees mainly just the heads, but Pepper mostly deals with them anyways. Why do you ask?" He said.
"How about your special interns, you know the really smart kids?" I ignored his question.
"Nope not them ether, Pepper deals with most of that stuff. Where is this going, Lex?" He asked.
"So you don't know anything about a kid by the name of Peter Parker?" I asked.
"No, no I do not. Sweetheart, what is this about?" He hesitated.
"Someone at school knows you have a daughter," I rushed out.
"Who, is it this Parker kid?" He asked.
"What? No it's not Peter. I think it's that Spider-man kid, and before you say anything yes I know he goes to the same school as me, why else would Happy be there when you pick me up." I replied.
"Do you know who he is?" He asked.
"No, but I have a few ideas," I said.
"How do you know someone knows about you?" He implored.
"Flash Thompson. He's a kid who's a jerk at school I can't really see him as Spider-man, so I think one of his friends might be, ether way I'm pretty sure Spider-man found out somehow and told Flash. And now Flash is going to try to out me in school, he already told the whole school that you have a daughter and that she goes to the same school," I stated.
"I'll deal with it," he said.
"What if you can't?" I asked.
"Then we'll work it out together, like we always do, ok? Now get to bed kiddo." He got up and kissed me on the forehead.
"Thanks dad, love ya." I turned to leave the room.
"Love you too, sweetheart," he said as I left the room.
