Never had I thought that I would see him here. Out of all the people who it could have been, it was him.
Quinton.
In fact I never thought I would see him or the rest of the guys again. But here he was, right in front of me. He still looked like he always did, just slightly older and with a different dress sense.
"Okay, team. You know what to do, go do it." He instructed.
"Ok. Let's pick up where we left off, girls," Niki yelled, as they all moved over to the middle of the gym.
I didn't join them as I still had my bag on me, and was holding my skateboard. Instead I approached the 'coach'.
"Skate right, Quincy." was all I said to him.
He looked at me dumbfounded for a moment at first. "What-? But- No it can't be."
That's when I showed him the deck of my skateboard. My board was a normal skateboard, but what made it special was the deck design. was the word 'Malibu' written in a graffiti style. I grinned.
"Alex? I can't believe it's you. Wow, look how you've grown. And I can't believe you still have that old thing," He said flabbergasted.
"Of course I would keep it. Who do you think I am, getting rid of a perfectly good board?" I defended. He laughed.
Honestly I feel like I would be getting rid of the last bit I had of him if I threw the skateboard out. He gave it to me when I was nine when he got himself a new Grizzly board, looking at the top of the boards they were matching. Knowing him he probably broke it in the first year of having it.
Quinton moved to New York when I was 10, I haven't seen or talked to him since. It was great seeing him again.
"Hold on, I want you to meet someone." He told me before calling out toward the group of girls. "Hey, Kate. Come here."
The girl who ran in before him earlier jogged over to us. "What's up?"
"Kate, I would like you to meet Alexa. Alex this is my daughter Katelyn," Quinton introduced us.
"Wait, this is your daughter?" I looked at Quinton a little shocked.
"Yeah?" Katelyn responded.
"I'm sorry, I just thought you would be younger." I told her.
"She's two years younger than you, Alex." Quinton interjected.
"Yeah, I know. Just sometimes I forget, I mean she was so small when I first saw her."
"Wait. You're that Alex, the Alex?" Katelyn asked.
"Yes, Kate. This is the girl I taught to skate and surf back in Malibu."
"Oh my, I'm such an idiot. I should have figured that out, I mean my dad talks about you all the time when we skateboard," Katelyn said.
"She's still better than you are," He told her.
"Oh, yes. You'll never skateboard as good as this girl I taught when I lived in Malibu." Katelyn tried to imitate her dad.
"I do not sound like that."
"Oh, dad. Remember when I told you about the talk going around school. About Flash Thompson thinking some girl was the daughter of Tony Stark?"
"Yeah, what about it?"
"Alexa was that girl. Flash is such an idiot, I mean honestly if Tony Stark had a child we would all know."
"Yeah, we would..." Quinton looked at me.
Truth is, he and the other boys back in Malibu have never seen me as anyone else. At first I was just a little girl who wanted to skate, but it was only about a month, before they were told who my dad was. They are the only ones that have really known the whole time, who I really was.
Thankfully Quinton never told his daughter, and kept his promise to never tell anyone.
"Yeah, I don't know what got into Flash," I said.
"People are saying he has a crush on you," Katelyn said casually.
"What, Flash, has a crush, on me?"
"Yeah, that's the talk going around. I mean, it does seem like he is trying to get your attention, some people are even saying he got his new car to impress you."
"That's really weird, I didn't even know he got a new car."
"Oh yeah, he drove up to school in it today. He's even saying that his dad didn't give it to him, but that he got it himself. But I think we all know he doesn't have the money for that."
"You really hear a lot of the talk going around school."
"Yeah, when you're co-captain of the cheerleaders you hear a lot of interesting stuff."
"Co-captain?"
"Yeah, Nikki and I co-captain."
"Speaking of which, you should probably go back to girls and help Nikki out." Quinton interjected.
"Yeah, you're right, I should."
"And you, I never picked you to be one to do cheerleading," Quinton said to me.
"I'm not, my dad signed me up."
"Come on, Alexa, we need you," Katelyn said heading towards the other girls.
"Uh, where can I put my stuff?" I asked her holding it up for her to see.
"Here, I'll take it for you," Quinton said.
"You're the only one I trust to even touch this skateboard," I said handing it to him.
"Thanks." He chuckled. "Don't worry, I'll keep it safe."
I then jotted over to where all the girls were, and began my very first day of cheerleading.

I so sorry I took a break from wattpad for a bit without saying so. And you all wanted me to update, but the reason I had to take a break was because of endgame. I wanted to watch endgame first to know what happens so I could plan where I want this story to go, and good news I think I know now so I should have more updates without waiting 3 months (really sorry about that).
The pic attached is of Quin as Tyler Posey.
Ps. if you want me to give 1-2 more updates really soon go follow heylookitsgriffin on youtube, I'm trying to help him get more followers that's all. I added one of his vids to this chapter if that helps.
Thanks for waiting.
Love you guys 3000.
