the end

Ever since luke went back to work I've been on calls over and over again. Some were meetings some were to set up meetings either way the phone never seemed to be hung up for more than 5 minutes. The time must have gotten away from me cause Luke is now standing in the doorway swinging his keys around his finger. I gave him an apologetic look and then pointed over to the couch and he nodded and sat down. After 10 minutes I hung up and he made his way over to me
Lu- phone calls done now
La- I have no idea I mean I've been on and off this phone all day and it's getting to be too much sir
Lu- awww baby
I leaned my head into his stomach since that's what I was level with and he ran his fingers through my hair.
Lu- you're stressed out aren't you
La- a little but I'll be fine
He lifted my head up and kissed me quickly then moved behind me and started massaging my shoulders and back and just as I was getting relaxed the phone rang again.
Lu- go ahead answer it babe
I did but Luke never stopped and it was all starting to feel to good and he was starting to kiss on my neck and he was going all around my spot. I was doing my best to focus on the phone call but his lips and hands are always a distraction for me. The man I was on the phone with wouldn't shut up at all he just kept rambling and I was getting annoyed
La-sir may I please interrupt for a moment and ask if we can reschedule this call for tomorrow something came up here that I must go take care off
He said that was fine and he apologized for taking a while and I quickly stood up and grabbed my things.
La-sir take me home before that phone rings again
Lu- id be happy to
We kissed and he grabbed my hand and we left home.
Lu- I know we planned to have some fun but are you up for it still
La- I'm very sorry sir
Lu- don't be babe it's ok I just want my little girl to be ok and happy again
La- I love you
Lu- And I love you
We kissed then laid down on the couch watching tv till my mom came over to drop Sofia back off
Sofia- mommy
La- hi baby did you have fun
Sofia- yep
La- good
I said bye to my mom then went back to the couch.
Lu- there's my other girl come here baby
Sofia- daddyyyyyyy
She's two now so she can walk and talk now so she ran to him and he immediately picked her up and placed her on his lap as I took my spot under his arm.
Lu-hmmm
La-everything ok
Lu- things are perfect I have the perfect wife perfect daughter and I can't believe I'm lucky enough for this
La- awww I love you
Sofia- I love you daddy
Lu-i love you both so so much
We continued to all snuggle and it was nice and I wouldn't want to spend my life anyway else.
