almost caught

I heard a car door close and I peaked out the window and saw he was home so I quickly closed and locked the door then ran back up to his room to put the key away and I ran back to my room to make it seem like I wasn't doing anything.
Lu - what are you doing
La- laying down what else does it look like I'm doing
Lu- I heard the running on the stairs so try again
La- I don't know what you're talking about cause I've been laying here the whole time since I only woke up a little bit ago
Lu- so you really haven't left the room that wasn't you running around just now
La- it wasn't me I didn't even hear any running around so I don't know what to tell you
Lu- uh huh
He was just staring at me and I couldn't figure out what he was thinking cause I know he still doesn't believe me I don't have to be a genius to know that. He didn't say anything else but he left my room and I heard him head upstairs and then my name was called. I slowly got up and went up to his room
La- yes
Lu- have fun snooping
La- I didn't snoop
Lu- really so a drawer that I don't open anymore just being open is nothing to do with you

I left the room and sat on my bed thinking about different things but my main wonder is why does he keep calling me little girl.
