worried

It's been a week since the day Luke had the meeting and a week since we had sex on the couch and at first things were fine but as more days go by the more weird I feel. Right now I was sitting on the couch in my old home talking with my mom since she wanted to know how I was feeling.
Jan - sweetie maybe you should check in with the doctor
La- I thought it was just normal to feel this way mom now you have me scared
Jan- I understand that there's a few funny feelings during pregnancy but what your describing never happened to me so I'm not sure if it's good or not
La- oookk
Jan- have you told luke yet
La- no cause like I said I thought it was just another weird feeling
Jan - well I think the sooner you tell him the better and make sure he goes to the doctors with you just in case
La- what do you mean just in case mom just in case what
Jan- I can't say but please just do it
La- ok
We talked longer about that and different things but I couldn't help but wonder what she could be talking about. Soon enough I got back home just as luke did
Lu- hi baby
La - hi
Lu - are you ok
La - my mom has me worried
Lu- is she ok
La - she is however she has me thinking that I'm not
He gave me a confused look so I told him I've felt funny these last few days but I thought it was normal but she said it wasn't and that I need to go to the doctors soon.
Lu- come on were going to urgent care you have me very worried
La- yes sir
He helped me in the car and we drove in silence. Both thinking of all the possibilities and both terrified. We got there pretty quickly now here we go
