After tens of detentions, a handful of suspensions, and expulsion hanging on a thread, tired mother Nereida had had enough with her son Nicolás. She hadn't a clue of why he was such an overgrown pain, why he couldn't be like his older brother: the practically perfect, college-aged Juan. With father Jorge away on a trip, no other ideas in mind, and thinking that he could knock some sense into him, she asked her eldest boy on his free day to join his little, not-so-little bro back at his old (softly) stomping ground and see what was up. As all of Nic's teachers were previously Juan's, Juan thought that helping him out was bound to be easy, wanting the best for his brother.
Surely, nothing would go wrong with jealousy and anger building inside the boy and its Borrower-sized cause being forced to follow him all day.
