Jazz's POV
Ilang minuto na lang, may katuparan na ang mga pangarap ko. And that is to marry the man that I ever did love.
"Princess, you are stunning.." Said my Mom. Nakatingin siya sakin sa pamamagitan ng salamin. Katabi niya si Dad na nakangiti din sakin. Katatapos lang gawin ang make up at ang buhok ko.
"Thank you, Mom." I smiled at her.
Who would've thought na ito ang kahahantanungan ng kwento namin ni Zell? Sa dami nang napagdaanan namin, parang ang hirap paniwalaan ng nangyayari ngayon.
"I am very happy for you, princess. You two deserve a happy ending. And always remember that we are here for you no matter what. You will forever be our one and only princess. We love you, Dominique Jazz."
"And I love you too, Mom. Kayo ni Dad." I buried my face on her stomach para itago ang nagbabadyang luha ko. What she said really touched my heart. Hinaplos naman ni Dad ang buhok ko.
They left me dahil may kailangan pa daw silang ayusin. And my friends replaced them.
"Ang ganda-ganda mo, Jazzie! Nagmana ka talaga sakin," Nova said and looked at the girl documenting my wedding preparations. "Can you take a picture of us? Pwede din video." She grinned.
Tumango ang babae at nagsipuntahan sakin ang mga kaibigan namin. We were just laughing sa iba't ibang pose na naiisip ng mga baliw kong kaibigan. Then, pinabayaan na lang namin para magmukhang candid.
After that mini pictorial, Zee came to me.
"Are you sure about this, Jazz? Pwede ka pang umatras." She said then laughed.
Napatawa na din ako. "I don't have any choice, Zee. Tutulungan niyo ba akong tumakas?"
"Ay, oo naman, Jazzie! Ready na ang chopper namin. Magsabi ka lang." Pagsakay din ni Yeti sa kalokohan namin ni Zee.
Nagkatawanan kaming lahat. Then Zee held my hand and squeezed it. She gave me a small smile. "I am very happy for you, Jazz. You two deserve each other."
"Ay, wag kang maniwala kay Zia, Jazzie. May hang-up pa 'yan kay Zell." Yeti smirked.
Zee rolled her eyes. She then raised her eyebrow. "Yeah, right. As if. Kontento na ako sa asawa ko, uy!"
We giggled at that. Masaya ako habang nakatingin sa mga kaibigan ko. I am lucky to have them.
And when I gazed at Zia, I caught her intently staring at me with a contented smile in her lips. She is one of the most wonderful person that I know. I can still remember what she told me before I left the Philippines to accompany my grandmother. I asked her how can she let go of her feelings for Zell. And she answered me with this..
"How can I not? Zell belonged to you from the first place. Alam ko namang sa simula pa lang, hindi niya kayang suklian ang pagmamahal ko sa kanya. Yes, he cared for me. Yes, he loved me. But not the way I am to him. I had so many questions in my mind but when you came so suddenly, those questions were answered. YOU are the answer. No matter how much he tried to keep his feelings from you, nag-uumapaw pa rin 'yon. Ikaw lang ang minahal niya, Jazzie. At alam kong hindi ko kayang pantayan ang kung anong klaseng pagmamahal na mayroon siya para sayo."
