Chapter 26

I had made my way home from the guys house, I didn't fancy going back when I was already bummed out about Jack, my phone went off, I had a text from Jc:

"Ice cream?"

He knew I was down since I left while everyone was asleep, he knew how to cheer me up too.

I replied and made my way down to the beach where Jc was waiting, we got icecream and sat on the sand.

Jc: How come you left so early?

Me: I went to go take pictures of the sunrise and kinda just stayed out

Jc: You ok?

Me: No... i hate the fact I like him

Jc: Whats happened?

Me: He kissed this girl back in Nebraska when I was visiting

Jc: At a party? He must have been drunk Lola he wouldn't of meant it

Me: It's more than that, it's his ex girlfriend, although ex soulmate sounds more fitting when Jack J was telling me about their past

Jc: Oh Lo, I'm so sorry... So Jack and this girl they were.. Serious?

Me: (sigh) yeah

Jc: Damn

Me: I kissed Sam...

Jc: Wait.. Sam Wilk-

Me: -yeah... It was accidental and lasted like 2 seconds

Jc: How do you kiss someone accidentally?

Me: He was doing that salt and lime shot thing on me and when he got the lime from my mouth he kind of... Lingered.

Jc: Omg Lola!

Me: He kissed someone... On purpose.... For a long fucking time!

Jc: Sam is Jack's best mate Lola

Me: I know and I feel shit about it but I'm too mad and confused by him to know what to do, me and Sam have moved past it and know we are just friends.

Jc: Are you going to tell Jack?

Me: I don't know because Leigh will get brought up and I don't want to hear his excuses, he isn't mine so I cant be mad, I'm not his either so there

Me and Jc changed subject as he could tell I was getting upset, but as we were walking in the direction of home Jc reminded me of something I'd forgotten.

Jc: You realise Magcon is going to Fort Worth in a few months

Me: Oh yeah I had forgotten that, are you coming?

Jc: No me and the guys have to plan our tour

Me: Wait so you're not going to be there?

Jc: No

Me: So I'm going to be with Jack probably have to talk to him about everything and I wont have your support?

Jc: uh.. Yeah

Me: Omg Jc

*2 months later*

I had gotten picked up by Cam and Hayes from the airport when I landed in Texas, we got to our hotel and walked into the hall where the meeting was gonna be held, as soon as I walked in Taylor came and embraced me

Tay: Lola I haven't seen you in forever omg baby

Me: Taylor it actually has been so long

Matt: Come give me some love Lo

I went around hugging the guys I had no idea they all missed me, granted I hadn't seen them for a fair few months, only Cam, Nash, Hayes and Carter had been in Cali long enough for me to see them.

I noticed Jack and Jack weren't here yet but I didn't mention it, I wasn't sure whether I was desperate to see him or desperate to avoid him.

I had been texting Jack J altleast every week and often Jack G, we kept in touch which was nice.

The boys set up and I began putting together my camera, my baby. I was snapping the boys in action when I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned to see Jack J and I leaped up and hugged him

Me: OMG JACK HIIII

Jack J: LOLA BABY

Me: I can't believe how long it's been I've missed you so much I can't believe we've been reunited

Jack J: I know it's been too long, promise me we won't go that long again without seeing eachother

Me: I promise, I'm so happy you're here

Jack J: I think you might get a little happier

Once Jack said that a familiar face walked into the hall, I couldn't believe it.

Me: Sammy!?

Sam: Lola hey!!

I ran and gave him a a hug, he had been invited along to Magcon and I was so excited to see him again, we really bonded while I was in Nebraska and I was so happy he was here.

Jack J: Jack has just gone to bed, he's actually ill and didn't sleep on the plane here, luckly we have tomorrow to reherse so it's all good

Me: Oh no what's the matter with him?

Jack J: Half the flu half "pissed-off-ness"

Me: Why is he pissed off?

Sam: I told him

Me: Told him what?

Sam: That I kissed you at my party, he acted like it was cool but you could tell it bothered him.
