"How are you feeling?" Nick asked.

"Like I'm gonna throw up," Nathan answered.

"Do you want me to make you soup?" Kendall offered.

"No, I'm fine, beautiful," Nathan refused.

"Nathan, you've been sick for five days now. I'm making you soup," Kendall enforced.

"I don't wanna stress you," he replied.

"You're not," she hushed. "Let me take care of you, okay?"

Nathan nodded in response, finally giving in. Kendall left the room to make Nathan soup.

"I thought your doc said it was just a cold," I frowned.

"Yeah, but it feels more like a lengthy fever," Nathan complained.

"At least you have Kendall," I smiled.

"Yeah, she's really sweet," Nathan smiled. "I really like her."

"You two look cute together," I encouraged.

"Thanks," Nathan smiled. "You and Nick are cute together too."

"We know," Nick replied.

"You're mad cocky," I pointed out.

Nick smirked and shrugged.

"So you two are like...a couple now?" Nathan asked.

I looked at Nick, who looked at me. I didn't want to give an incorrect answer.

"Um...something like that," Nick answered.

"It's complicated," I agreed. "Nick doesn't like relationships, so we don't call it that."

"But it's basically a relationship," Nick added.

"With commitment," I nodded.

"...So a relationship," Nathan chuckled.

"Yeah," Nick laughed.

"Wait, so...you're agreeing to call it that?" I asked.

"I mean if it's bothering you then we don't have to label it," he replied.

"Wait, no, I just thought you didn't wanna label it," I explained.

"At first, I didn't, but if that means I can introduce you as mine, then why not?" Nick asked.

I smiled in response.

"Plus, when Junior comes back, you two will have a reason to see each other after Sage moves back into her home," Nathan pointed.

I hadn't been thinking about home at all.

"Or she can stay," Nick defensively disagreed.

"Would you stay?" Nathan asked.

"Uh...um...I..uh..I don't know," I replied.

I looked over at Nick whose jaw was clenched.

"Why?" Nick asked while staring deeply into my eyes.

His intense glare was hard to avoid.

"W-why what?" I stuttered.

"Why don't you know?" Nick elaborated.

"B-because," I started.

He walked towards me, and I wanted to shrink, but his height was already dominating anyways.

"Because what?" Nick asked.

I looked down at the floor, but he quickly lifted my head up.

"You really wanna leave?" Nick asked.
