**Alaska**

I have never seen Tyler so infuriated as he grabs Brian's collar and slams him against a brick wall. "You should've fucking known better than to come here you sick person!" Tyler screams into Brian's face as Brian holds his hands up, looking scared. Just like how I was scared when I was a young child, flinching from his abuse.

"I didn't know.... I swear I didn't." Brian says struggling to breathe and speak as Tyler holds him tightly against the brick wall. Brian looks helpless as ever as Tyler dominates him with his strength. "I really had no idea... This is my new teaching job." Brian stutters.

"Why here? Why now?" Tyler interrogates.

"I moved down here, with my wife and her kids." Brian blurts and instantly I feel sick again. He's with someone new? He is around kids?

"Who would want you around their kids?!" I shout at Brian and he instantly looks sad when he notices I'm now the one shouting at him out of anger and disgust.

"I've changed, Alaska I swear. I went to rehab and spent some time in jail." Brian says locking his eyes onto me, looking some what remorseful. No. He can't be. I can never forgive him for what he has done. I never can. People don't change.

"I still see the same abusive shitty father in front of me now that I have always seen." I bluntly respond, breaking my gaze from him and trying to pull Tyler off of him. "Tyler leave him. He's not worth it. I'll just change classes. It doesn't matter."

Tyler's grip slowly loosens off of Brian's collar and he relaxes. "If I ever see you near Alaska again,  you better watch out." Tyler threatens as Brian fixes his collar and picks up his brief case. Students walking past stare and some have even stopped walking to watch the whole scene.

"Alaska please. Just give me a chance to talk to you and make things right." Brian begs and I try my hardest to walk away and ignore him.

"No." I reply.

"Please? I can make things up to you, I promise." Brian practically begs and I begin to walk away with Tyler's hand in mine.

"I said, no." I finally say before walking off with Tyler, leaving Brian standing there.
