Chapter 10

"Joe!" We all screamed as we ran into the hospital room with teddy bears and flowers.

"Hey guys." Joe tried to speak but we were smothering him with hugs and stuffed animals.

"How are you??" Macy asked.

"Never better."

"Joe, what the hell happened between you and Ian?" I asked.

Joes face turned bright red.

"He was being a creep and harassing these girls and I told him to back off. He didn't like that and called me some things that aren't worth repeating. I told him he needed to calm down and he shoved me. I shoved him back and then...you know what happened from there."

"He's an ass." Jen said while she patted Joe on the back. "You did good kid."

We all laughed.

"Thanks Jen."
