~ELSA~

The walls are cold, the floor covered with ice... the entire room frozen. I often do this to calm myself. It used to be uncontrollable, but now I know the secret to my curse.

"Elsa?"

I face the door to my room, it's Anna. I smile and she returns it. It's only been a day since I've thawed everything and I couldn't be happier to have my sister back.

"Hello Anna, what could I do for you?" Anna frowns and glances at the floor then to the wall, she glances anywhere but me. "Anna?" Finally, Anna looks towards me and the frown only deepens.

"Your not going to like what I have to say....." I immediately frown at her response. Anna stays quite for awhile and I begin to get annoyed.

"Oh for goodness sakes, what is it?!" Anna is taken aback by my cruel tone. "I'm sorry" I quickly apologize "I'm just a little on edge, I'm not very patient."

Anna nods in understandment.

"Well you see" she begins "the boat that was supposed to take Han-"

"Don't you ever say his name!" Again I have failed to lower my temper, I smile at Anna with tenderness and her eyes glow in understanding.

"Yes, of course. Well the boat that was supposed to take HIM back home has a few.... repairs and can't sail for... um.. like... a month."

"WHAT!?" I yell, I can't stand the thought of having that monster in my kingdom. I pause at my own thought, hadn't the entire kingdom thought I was a monster only a few days ago? This is different, I tell myself, I was merely misunderstood, he nearly killed me and my sister!

"Elsa, calm down. He will just have to be held in our dungeon for the time being." Anna begins to walk towards me and extends her hand for comfort. I turn my head as a refusal.

"No! Absolutely not!"

"Elsa....." Before she could say anything else, I run from the room. I can't stand to think of him in Arendelle, let alone my castle. Before long, I find myself at the gate. Two of my guards stare at me, probably wondering on whether to open the gate or not.

"Open the gate, now!" My anger is so strong that I take it out on others, Anna's used to my outbursts, others? Not so much.

"Yes, your majesty." The gates begin to open and I squeeze through, not allowing them to open fully. I begin to walk across the bridge that separates the castle from the village, the sky is blue and it's a wonderful summers day, yet the temperature has dropped. I walk in confusion and then it suddenly hits me... my feeling.

Conceal, don't feel.

Clouds begin to form.

Don't feel...

Snow begins to fall.

Don't feel, don't feel, don't feel!

My anger has brought a storm. Olaf's words begin to form in my mind...

An act of true love will thaw a frozen heart.

Love? Love, of course!

But what love do I have now? I ran from the only love I have, Anna. She must be upset with me, there is no love there. I'll just have to control it on my own. I begin to breath deeply and control my temper, sure enough, the temperature rises and the snow disappears. Aha! I knew I could do it.

Although I have controlled my anger, I can still feel the hate and heat rise to consume me once more. I ignore it and continue on to the fjord.

Once I arrive, I see the ship docked. My heart beat quickens, no, I tell myself... it's all right, conceal.

"Your majesty, Queen Elsa!" I turn at the mention of my name, approaching me is the captain of the ship. He bows and straightens before speaking. "It seems that your sister, Princess Anna, has informed you of our situation."

I nod. "Yes, she has."

"I apologize for the trouble, but the young man will have to be in the custody of Arendelle until the repairs are made, only till then will he be sent back to the Southern Isles." The captains words sting, the thought! Only I don't show the emotion, I hide it, and nod.

"Yes, it would only seem fitting that this.... traitor, were to stay in my dungeons for the time being."

The captain bows once more and heads back to his ship. Although I dread the thought of having HIM in my kingdom, I had to understand there is nothing else to be done. All of my other ships are on trading routes and none are headed to the Southern Isles. I frown as I turn towards the few guards that have been guarding the ship.

"Remove the traitor from his cell and bring him to the dungeon!" My voice if forceful and harsh, yet the guards do exactly as I please. The guards climb up the ship and return with the red head who almost took my kingdom, my sister, and my own life...
