"Hyejin! What's wrong? Are you sick?" Hansol helped her stand up, and she noticed someone walking towards them.

"Oh my, Hyejin! Are you OK? I heard a crash and saw you here. Do you need help?" Sunhee held her arm to help her stand. She looked back and saw Yunu sitting in his chair, going through his phone.

Asshole...

The two sat her down on a chair and Hyejin slowly came back to her senses.

"Thank you Sunhee. You should go now." she was trying not to be rude. Sunhee was a nice friend although they weren't close, but seeing her makes Hyejin feel mad, and she doesn't know why. Sunhee left, and Hansol sat with his sister, calling Heesun to pick them up. They soon left for home, and Hyejin ended up with a fever. She stayed in bed all day, locking herself in her room. She didn't want to see anyone, or talk. She just wanted to be alone. Her phone beeped.

Sarang - hey we r going out wanna come?

Hyejin thought for a while, and decided to join them. Despite her fever, which was now gone, she wanted to forget everything right now.

Kk im coming - sent

Hyejin changed her clothes, and went out of the house before anyone could question her. She hailed a taxi and headed to where her friends were meeting. Once she reached there, they headed to have dinner together, when she realised something.

"Sunhee, what took you so long?"

Hyejin saw Sunhee come to them, with Yunu. She looked at him, but it was as if he didn't acknowledge her presence.

"Sorry, traffic. Thanks for letting him join us though." they all sat and ate, and Hyejin kept stealing glances from Yunu. He changed the last few months since he started dating. He was still the same with her family, but to her, he rarely communicates anymore. The group soon started drinking, but they were all shocked when Hyejin had continuous shots.

"Hye... Hyejin. Are you OK?" one of the girls ask holding her shoulder.

"I'm... Just stressed lately about studies." they continued their night as they all talked and drank. Soon it was time to go home, but Hyejin was really drunk.

"Seriously, why did she drink so much? Yunu, you're neighbors right? Can you take her home?" Hyejin looked up, droopy, at him. But he feigned ignorance.

"Sorry but I'm taking Sunhee home. I have something to tell her." and with that he left with his date. Hyejin got up and walked out of the restaurant, ignoring her friends calling for her. She dragged herself to walk back home, wanting to tire herself so that she can forget her worries. She doesn't know what was bothering her, but it was bad.

As she reached home, she entered with a loud thud. She was only a little sober, but enough to realise she did wrong.

"ONG HYEJIN! WHAT IS THIS? IS THIS HOW WE RAISED YOU?" Hyejin quickly stood up straight as her father stood in front of her. The other two were clearing up the table, and froze in their places hearing the shouts.

"So... Sorry father... I..."

"Shut Up! I don't want to hear it! I always knew it was a bad idea to take a child from trash into this household. You don't know how to respect the limits!" he left, leaving all three of his children shocked. Before Heesun could walk to her sister for comfort, Hyejin ran out.

If that's where I'm from, that's where I'm going...

She crouched down, crying her eyes out, as she reached her destination. She cried out loud, like there was no tomorrow. She wanted to die so badly, tired of her life. She wanted her mother to be here, to console her. She wanted her so she can yell why she was brought in, and still be hugged by her. She wanted to be with her, no matter what. Hyejin looked around, and found a broken piece of glass on the ground. She picked it up, hands shivering, and brought close to her wrist.

I'll be with you soon, mummy...

"What the hell! Are you trash? What are you doing he..." Hyejin looks up, and Yunu notices the glass in her hand. She suddenly lost her cool.

"YES I'M TRASH! I WAS FOUND IN ONE, SO WHAT'S IT TO YOU? MY LIFE STARTED HERE, AND IT'S WHERE IT'S GOING TO END..." she pushed the glass piece on her wrist harder, when Yunu slapped it out of her hand. He grabbed her wrists, and pulled her to stand up, into his embrace, and hugged her close. Hyejin was too shocked to move, but she started crying, and cried out all her tears. She couldn't control her feelings anymore, and simply let it all out.

"Don't. Just don't." Yunu spoke as he patted her head.

"W... Why... do... you... care... lea... leave... me... alone... You ha... have Su... Sunhee..."

"Don't say her name. She means nothing to me. I broke up with her before coming here. I didn't care for her... As much as I do for you..." he hugged her tighter, and Hyejin froze. She realised what he meant.

For the past year, whenever she was suffering, he was always there for her. No matter how much they hated each other at first, he was always there. And she realised she did wrong, getting him paired up with the other. She didn't feel it until it happened, but she hated seeing him with someone else. She finally understood her feelings, and his.

Hyejin wrapped her arms around Yunu, pulling him closer. Finally, there was someone for her. Someone who was always, and hopefully will always be, there for her. She snuggled her face in his chest, while Yunu brushed her hair with his fingers. He smiled slightly that she finally understood everything.

Yunu let go of her, and faced her. Hyejin was still holding his arms, and he cupped her face. He moved closer and pecked her lips lightly. She stood there, looking down shy, and he pushed her head up, holding her chin, to look at him.

"You know, I don't regret that day, when I first kissed you?" he pulled her closer, holding her waist with one hand while the other caressed her face. He pushed her sideways to walk away from where they were standing. They reached a darker place in his front yard, around some trees, and Yunu continued caressing her face with his hand. They made eye contact, when he started leaning closer to her.

He started kissing her just as their lips touched, and this time, Hyejin responded. She felt her back hit a tree, and her hands found their way around his neck as she pulled him closer, kissing him back. This time, they were both in their right minds, they knew what was really happening, and they weren't regretting it.

They soon pulled away, and gazed at each others eyes, before Yunu leaned in to kiss her again. They were kissing when her phone started to ring. They pulled away, and Hyejin reached for her back pocket for her phone. Yunu still held her by the waist, and her one hand was still around his neck.

"He... Hello?"

"Hye... Hyejin. Where are you? Come back now. It's not safe for you to be ou..."

"I'm safe Heesun. Safer than at home with appa." she looked at Yunu as she spoke, and he smiled back at her. She cut the call, and they stared at each other in silence.

"Let's go home. We have classes tomorrow." he pulled her to go home, but Hyejin refused.

"Dad is still there. I'm not going."

"I'm not taking you there stupid. Come on." and they walked back home together.
