Day 5

Admit it. Rae isn't okay. You're going to lose her and that's going to break you. I shook the thoughts my conscious fueled away. The thought of losing my best friend continued to creep my mind and it was slowly making me insane. 

Rae was currently at Logan's, presumably to see what happened in Japan. I could see the fury her eyes were fueled by as she slammed her car door once entering it. To say least, Logan was in my prayers.

As I was thinking of all the possible ways Rae could kill Logan, I got a phone call. 

'Brotha' the caller ID read.

I immediately answered in worry something happened to Rae.

"Is Rae okay?" I asked as soon as the phone came up to my ear. "Chill. She's fine. She just left, but you shouldn't let her go anywhere else today. Her nose was bleeding really bad before she left and she tripped like five times." he advised.

I sucked in a breath. "Yeah sure. I will." I replied. "She's fine Jake." he reassured me. I shook my head and wiped a few stray tears away even though he couldn't see me. 

"She isn't though Logan." I told  him as my voice cracked. "Jake, what is going on?" his voice growing of worry. "She didn't tell you?" I asked. "Tell me what? Dude, you're seriously scaring me." he informed me.

"Her last appointment. The doctor told her she has 200 days Logan, she's gonna die. I'm going to lose her, I'm going to lose my sister." I told him chocking back sobs. 

"Oh my god. Jake tell me this is a prank, I swear to god this better be a prank, otherwise I'm going to lose my shit." He grew desperate.

"I'm sorry." I apologized. "No, no, no, no." He repeated. "I, um, I, h-have to go." He told me. I could basically hear his tears. "Bye Logan." I bid and with that he hung up.

"Jake?" someone questioned. I turned to see Roman, "Oh hey Roman." I greeted wiping the rest off my tears away. "I know how you feel, the first time wasn't this hard, huh?" he questioned rubbing my shoulder comfortingly. "I've lost all hope." I confessed. "We're going to lose her and I can't do anything about it." I told him. 

"I know Jake, but she's still here, and we gotta live our moments up with her." he told me. I nodded. "Thanks Roman." I thanked. "Anytime." he replied. "I can't wait to see her reaction to seeing you." I changed the subject.

"Me neither." He  grinned.

After Rae came home and greeted Roman she went straight to her room. She's been doing that lately, but I just assumed it was because she was drained.

I looked out the window and saw Tessa vlogging and dancing in the yard, so I went to get a snack. 

After enjoying my snack I went up to check on Rae. I lightly pushed the door open and saw something I never thought I'd see. Rae, and a brunette, on her bed. Kissing.

It didn't upset me, I was just confused as to why she wouldn't tell me. Did she not trust me? Did I do something?
