•~~ TEN THOUSAND YEARSSSS WILL GIVE YOU SUCH A CRICK IN THE NECK !!! Hello readers ! Sorry I've been gone for so long, I'm in college and the work load is a pain in the ass. However, I'm starting to feel more adjusted to this lifestyle and I think I'm ready to start writing again ! I hope you all still support and share this story and me. And I love you all so so much ! Please forgive my absence. I can't wait to give you more~~• 

   After what seem'd like hours of Mushu's soul searching he finally snapped back to reality. With a disturbingly large grin he exclaims, " I know where Hun child is ! ". Although, I was glad to hear that I was bit busy freaking out about the GIANT, and lovable, security guard we now have storming the area !!! " ok that's great Mushit, but we can't get to him with Chien Po walking around.." I whisper at him before slightly opening the door to get a better look of our surroundings. " it'll be easy, the emperor has secret tunnels and-... Hold up... Did you just call me Mushit ?!? Boy I oughta beat the Mu-shit out of you, you hear m- ! ". "Shhhh !!!! " I hiss covering his obnoxiously loud mouth, " get over yourself we need to focus ". " aight, aight whatever... So here's the plan.." I honestly can't believe this gecko sometimes, he's trying to suggest that I make a break for it down the hall, find the emperors room, and then find a way to slide underneath his bed in order to find a secret tunnel ... HE'S OUT OF HIS MIND !!

  " Are you nuts ?!? Yao is the freaking emperor ! How the hell do you expect me to get past him !! " I can feel that anxious feeling rising in my chest again. "... We're gonna die. I've lived through all of this bullshit just to die in the emperors temple... And then when my body is found they will assume I'm some sort of robber or assassin, my family will be shamed forever, and all of this will be for nothing ... ". Mushu stares at my dead face with slight terror, yet showing signs of subtle amazement. " you came up with that whole scenario just now ? ", he asks to which I nod, " Boy ... " he says taking a deep breath as if to prepare to give me spiritual wisdom and guidance before continuing, " ... You got issues. " Of, course. " now let's get a move on Guysha, ya'know before you get your Hun-ny's buns get toasted". Oh right ! He's in danger.

   I peer through the crack in the door for one last time before deciding that I need to just go for it. Mushu wraps himself around my " skinny ass waist ", as he called it, and made himself appear to be a belt. Then we just went for it. As I'm sprinting down these halls Mushu uses his tail and hands to tap me on which side I need to turn. It's a pretty easy system and we get there in no time at all.

    I glance around quickly to see if there is any sign of the big guy, but nothing. " ok , so now what ? " I whisper peering around the corner and glancing at the emperors unguarded walls. " where are the guards ? ". Mushu chuckles slightly before shifting his gaze at the door as well, " Yao is too prideful for guards, at least for himself". That's right, Yao has never been the type to seek out protection for himself. I guess it's a masculinity issue ? I don't know. He should really be more careful though. I could be a murder if I really wanted- nah, no... But it's still a concern. Regardless, we stay on track and quickly haul ass straight to the door. Then with a deep breath and no second thoughts I slowly pry the door open.

   I slip in and immediately hide behind the closest thing I can find. " Mushu ", I whisper, " I don't see anyone ... Like .. At all ? ". Without another word Mushu unlatches from my waist and slithers away to do some, what I assume to be, recon. I wait anxiously until he returns with a giant grin, " this bitch empty ! ". I roll my eyes and sigh in relief, " thank the ancestors.. But I doubt we have much time till he returns, plus we don't know where he is, and we definitely don't know what we're go- ". " KID !", Mushu groans using his tiny paws to close my mouth. " it's going to be ok, take a deeeeep breathe of 'calm-the-hell-down' and let's get to work ".

    I'm surprised by his seriousness, but decide not to question it and nod. Mushu gets to work on finding our 'secret staircase' while I take the liberty of searching for a set of keys or at least a weapon of some kind. In the end all I could find was a small knife, some flint, and a fan. Which isn't bad, but a set of keys would've been nicer. Then like clockwork Mushu shouts with excitement and our new pathway is open. I approach the poorly lit chambers entrance before shooting my lizard companion a questionable look. He flashes me a shit-eating grin and climbs directly down into the darkness without hesitation. " you must be out of your mind ..." Was all I could mutter before I heard the voices rising from behind me.
