23. "Should students have to wear school uniforms?"
Ibis: At every school? No. I believe that school uniforms are basically used at the more private and prestigious schools, since they want their students to be easily identified as part of the school group. Therefore, it would make as much sense for them to wear specific uniforms as it would a sports team; both are united as a group, demonstrating a more collectivistic ideology than a public school, so they(if anything) should dress as a unit group.
Risu: Personally I think it's ridiculous schools have uniforms. Sure, it's understandable for private schools for the whole 'unity' thing. In my opinion, all schools should do away with actual uniforms and have a wristband or a certain jacket instead. That way everyone has one, but you can create your own style with it and you don't have to obsess over whether or not your school's uniform will look good on you.
