4# |Nico x Reader| Courage

|3rd Person POV|

It was Monday, 3:30pm.

Almost everyone of Building 13 were locked away in their cells.

Apart from Cell 13.

It was that time of day Nico needed his medication, and although he usually gets tablets and spoonfuls of medication, today was different.

He needed something called a Stabilising Jab. That included a needle.

Which he hates.

So for the past twenty minutes, (Y/N), the new temporary nurse, and the rest of Cell 13 were chasing Nico all over the infirmary.

"Nico! Just get back here!" Jyugo yelled, he was actually making an effort to run, that may have been to show off to (Y/N) .

"Come on Buddy! We'll get you a shit ton of anime crap." Rock whined.

Nico hesitantly backed into a corner. He was pretty scared, it was like his experimentations back when the Earth was more... Deadly.

He kept whispering to himself it would all be alright.

Staring around the room, he took notice of (Y/N) 's beautiful (E/C) eyes.

Summoning up all the courage he had, Nico sighed. The war was over and he had surrendered.

"Fine."

The inmates were joyous and (Y/N) gave her best little smile.

"But only if (Y/N) does it, I know she will be gentle."

|Five Minutes Later|

Nico was sat on (Y/N) 's knee, and partially looking like he was about to faint. This was the most romantic thing he had ever done.

(Y/N) picked up the small syringe and stared at Nico.

" Ready?" She asked polietly.

Nico nodded in response and dug his nails into (Y/N)' s soft, plump stockings  and skin.

A small jab had signalled pain in his Nico's arm.

He whined and lifted his head back.

Before he even knew it, the needle was gone and out of sight.

'"Wow..." Nico sighed.

He rested his head back onto (Y/N) 's shoulder and closed his eyes.

"Can I stay like this for a moment, (Y/N)?"

"Of course, Nico."
