"Ahhhhhh!!!!!!" I woke up and instantly with initiative wrapped my shaking arms around my legs. I was beyond frightened. I felt goosebumps everywhere as I shivered like a leaf on a winter's day. My palms shaking as violently as a level 8 earthquake. It was truly horrifying.

My eyes constantly looking around merely missing the figure sitting beside me. I was in the room of my dreams when I woke up. Strange? I've never been here before and yet I dreamed it so well. The colours, the furniture placed and just the overall picture. It's quite frightening really that I dreamed of this place. I've never been in a rich house like this. It's so beautiful but isn't a place suited for me. So who brought me here? Someone rich I'm guessing but who would care for someone like me, I mean I'm homeless. The people of Pembroke weren't well off either. So it must be an external visitor.

I didn't feel very comfortable with that. I'd prefer to live on the streets rather than with a stranger.

That dream I had was scary. That was a horrifying nightmare but it felt so real apart from the cracks of course. However, the pain and the suffering endured felt so true, so real. Those characters were so detailed that I could recognise them in a heartbeat if I ever saw them again. The real question was who was the master?

He must have been someone powerful for the red-haired woman to be jealous and fight a girl over.

Speaking of her, why was the red-haired woman fighting the other women for him?

It made no sense. The blonde was just an innocent girl doing her job so why did she have to be the victim? It wasn't fair. All the abuse and the pain she had to go through made me queasy.

I shivered at the thought.

"Are you okay? You shaking like a leaf. Everything will be okay, trust me." A male voice spoke as hands went on my shoulders. My instinct made me jump and the hands instantly removed themselves. I quickly cowered as far as I could from him, cradling my knees into my chest. I looked over to see a man wearing a suit that looked like it had been worn for days. His tired eyes were an illuminating shade of green like emeralds. His hair is messy and long as if he hasn't had it sorted in days or even weeks.

Why was he like that? What has he been waiting for? It can't be that he's poor because he has a really expensive suit on. Even homeless people can tell when something is mega expensive. That's why I knew he must have a lot of money.

"I'm sorry, you've just had a nightmare. I shouldn't have put my hands on your shoulders. I apologise. I just thought you needed some reassurance after all." I nodded and slowly began to untangle my arms and legs. He seemed genuine but I didn't want to trust him straight away. I moved so that my back leaned against the headboard of the bed just ever so slightly closer to him. I was quite comfortable and the pillows helped so much with my back which I only realised was throbbing a little.

It just reminded me of the accident and I winced at the thought of the agony I went through. I bet it left scars which aren't ever going to go away.

At least I'm still alive. I appreciate it.

The blanket was now only covering from the waist down so I could see what I was wearing.

I was wearing the white silk nightgown that was similar to the dream so why wasn't he in the dream? My eyes widened ever so slightly.

"Who are you?" I asked confused because I don't know who he is.

"You don't recognise me?" I shook my head. Am I meant to know who is he because I certainly don't? For me, he is a mystery. He sighed before looking at me with a smile. Not just any smile but one that looked kind and trustworthy.
